In today’s interview I will be talking to E.G. Sebastian on workplace bullying.
E.G. is an international speaker, who speaks six languages, and presents extensively on behavior and personality related topics, such as conflict management, effective communication, dealing with difficult people, and dealing with bullying.

The types of people who are most likely to become targets of bullying What can one do to stop the mistreatment - stop the bullying Is there anything one's manager can do to help the employee in these situations? How can one report bullying to their superiors most effectively? This is a very important topic. I think we should all listen to this interview.
