Tune in as the Senior Host Prophet Quin Lewis shares this Rhema word concerning spiritual growth in this season.
Matthew 26:28-As they were eating, Jesus took some bread and blessed it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, “Take this and eat it, for this is my body.”
27 And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them and said, “Each of you drink from it, 28 for this is my blood, which confirms the covenant[a] between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice to forgive the sins of many. 29 Mark my words—I will not drink wine again until the day I drink it new with you in my Father’s Kingdom.”

Much was made about the scene that took place at halftime between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao last night at the Heat-Bucks game in Miami last night. Both fighters were seated courtside and at half-time, Mayweather approached Pacquiao, where they were seen talking and exchanging numbers.
Some reports were saying that it was a pleasant conversation while another stated that Mayweather told Pacquiao and his team to “stop lying.”
Most of the reports were using unnamed sources or members of Pacquiao’s camp, which is why it’s hard to know what was really said.
To continue the, he said she said part of the drama, a report came out today from Rappler.com, stating that Mayweather and Pacquiao met again in Pacquiao’s hotel room.

It can be as loud as a rock concert as it moves you to feel life, examine emotions and past patterns of abuse or unhappiness and to forge through the minutia of life to discover the deep seated personal power of one’s inner guidance system…that energy of truth and divine awareness- our Soul. www.theindiespiritualist.com/

Leveraging Your Father-Anger for Healing
For most of us, growing up without fathers in our lives has left deep-seated scars. In the workshops I teach, even the most reserved, buttoned-up businessmen will become emotional when we talk about growing up fatherless. In a recent workshop, one man stood up and told the participants that his absentee father had been dead for more than 20 years, and he was still angry with him. I’ve heard this sentiment echoed over and over again. The good news is if you face your father-anger, you can move beyond a lot of the hurt. Here are some strategies that work:
Identify the side effects of growing up fatherless. I recommend that you talk to your dad, if he’s available. But before you do, write down in advance a list of the side-effects you’ve noticed that resulted from growing up fatherless. These might include low self-esteem, self-destructive habits, poor love relationships, inability to trust authority figures, and so on. I suggest this because it can be clarifying for you before your meeting—or even if you don’t meet with him. You will have a more defined view of who you were and who you’ve become, and you’ll walk into such a meeting with some emotional perspective.
Have a conversation with your dad. If your father is still alive, and if you can find him, you owe it to yourself to try and have a conversation with him. It doesn’t mean lecturing your dad about how growing up without him has hurt you in countless ways. Your conversation could involve asking him questions, bringing up memories, and learning new things about him and your childhood that could shed light on some unresolved feelings.
Today's Show: Financial New Beginnings
Revelation 21:5 says: “He who was seated on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new. Also he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
Several years ago several days before Christmas as I was preparing for my annual wrapping extravaganza where I will put on a movie and / or Christmas music and blitz through several hours of present wrapping. I cherish this time as it is a time of reflection and prayer for my family and closest friends as I wrap and decorate each gift.
On this particular year my friend suggested that if I hadn’t seen the movie ‘The Star of Bethlehem’ that I might enjoy watching it while I wrapped. Several minutes into the movie I realized that it was something I needed to watch with my family. Less than an hour later the 3 of us were picking our jaws off the ground as we sat in silence, overwhelmed at the magnificence of our Lord!
The Bethlehem star plays prominently at Christmas time as we celebrate the beginning of His life on earth. The stars are a significant piece of God’s handwriting and as the movie The Star of Bethlehem so beautifully documents they are trustworthy and true. As such, we can (and should) model our lives after what God has demonstrated for us. This week on Financial Grace we will discuss financial new beginnings.

Ask yourself these questions to create a workout tailored to your needs and preferences.
Fitness programs abound, from yoga and Pilates to step aerobics and strength training — either at home or in a gym. So which type of fitness program is right for you? Ask yourself these questions to figure it out.
What is your current fitness level?
You probably have some idea of how fit you are. But assessing and recording baseline fitness scores can help you set your fitness goals and measure your progress. To assess your aerobic and muscular fitness, flexibility, and body composition, consider recording:
Your pulse rate before and immediately after walking 1 mile (1.6 kilometers)
How long it takes to walk 1 mile
How many pushups you can do at a time
How far you can reach forward while seated on the floor with your legs in front of you
Your waist circumference at the level of your hipbones
Your body mass index
Do you have any health issues?
If you are age 50 or older, haven't exercised for some time, or have chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease, it's a good idea to to consult your doctor before beginning an exercise program.
It's also good to keep in mind that as you age, impaired balance, decreased elasticity of tendons and other factors can limit your exercise capacity. Injuries also are more frequent, and recovery takes longer. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't exercise or that you won't benefit from it. Just be sure to seek input from your doctor or an exercise therapist about how to create a program that's appropriate for you.
in The Bible
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:
1 We presume no religion as ultimate authority over any others.
All MAJOR religions (Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Christianity) came from and out of Blackman and are partial truth mixed in with a lot of mythologies. Christianity is now no longer in the form in which it was originally given in Jerusalem and later in Antioch, Greece. We seek the heart truth of the Bible, not the dogmatic exegetical discourse.
2 We presume that the Bible is nothing more or less than a series of letters/lectures/notes/reports, and communications written some 200,000 years ago. Later translated from Hebrew into Latin, English and then all of the westernized versions that we read now.
3 We presume no stance as to the existence of heaven or hell. If the Christ said they both exist, then only He knows this at the moment. No one else has lived to confirm it one way or the other.
4 The Bible only refers to white-skinned people as Gentiles (some of whom are also Black), Greeks (a mixed race of people), and Romans. All other characters in the Bible are, in fact, Black men and women of ancient times in Persia, Mesopotamia and Assyria and Eurasia before there was an "Africa" or Alkebulan.
5 We presume that man is incapable of self-governance and that there will never be Peace until God is seated at the Conference Table.
6 We take no stand as to the "infallibility" of The Bible. Anything that lands in the hands of man becomes "tainted" and subject to misinterpretation and error. Only God Himself is infallible and immutable. 1899 Douay-Rheims is the main reference.
We are not religious "jews," we are the ancestral Lion of the Tribe of Judah.
