Adam Clark Music @ Christina Adams Live with Andy Peacher from the UK

    in Rock Music

    Adam Clark  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4AJi3LFbzg

NEW YORK, NY (October 8th, 2014)- “To rise from the ashes” is exactly how it sounds when it comes to Upstate NY pop-rocker, Adam Clark. Clark soared into the rock/pop scene with his debut single “Feels So Good” in 2013 after countless years of failure launching into the music industry. After months of pushing the single, Clark caught the eyes and ears of music bloggers/publications and notable major label producers. Clark throughout the same year formed a touring band, a fan base that stretches from LA to the UK, and released his first EP “No Sleep, Just Dreams” which Jonathan Frahm of Yahoo! Music claims is “the image of a new age, rock-bred singer/songwriter both sensible and raw, meticulously well-crafted and still straight from the gut”.
Adam recently worked in the studio with Green and Bloom's Multi Platinum Producer/Songwriter- David Schuler (P!nk, John Legend, Daughtry) on his latest EP (TBA Spring 2015). The two (Clark and Schuler) just released Adam's brand new single entitled, “King Of The Sky” on October 10th, 2014.

    Christina Adams

is a native of New York. She lived in NY until 2007. At that time she decided to step out on faith and relocate her two sons to North Carolina. They were 2 and 7 then, now they are high school and college students doing well!

During her time in NC she completed her BS in Healthcare Management. Currently she is continuing her 14 year career in Human Resources. Her love for supporting people extends into her business ventures and ministry. At Deeper Life Church Ministry she serves as the co-chair on the Mentor's Ministry and Asst. Bible Class Teacher for the 12 and 13 year old girls.

Rex Sikes Movie Beat chats w director Adam Rifkin PT 3

    in Film

Adam Rifkin, director/writer/producer/actor, PT3, whose eclectic career ranges from broad family comedies to cult classics to dark and gritty urban dramas. As a writer, he made his mark with hit films like MOUSEHUNT, starring Nathan Lane and SMALL SOLDIERS, starring Tommy Lee Jones for Dreamworks. Recent credits include Sony’s ZOOM, starring Tim Allen and Disney's UNDERDOG, starring Jason Lee as the canine hero. Rifkin earned cult status when his film THE DARK BACKWARD, which he wrote and directed, was named one of the top ten films of its year by The New York Post. He would then be immortalized as the director responsible for New Line Cinema’s DETROIT ROCK CITY, a bona fide cult classic that introduced a whole new generation of fans to the “hottest band in the world…KISS!!!” Rifkin gained critical recognition for NIGHT AT THE GOLDEN EAGLE, a film which he not only wrote and directed, but also produced. The film was an official selection of the London Film Festival and opened to rave reviews. In 2008, Rifkin traveled back to Neolithic times when he starred opposite Ali Larter as an idealistic caveman searching for love and life beyond cave in National Lampoon’s HOMO ERECTUS. Rifkin, who also wrote and directed the film, wanted to capture the essence of early Woody Allen movies like LOVE AND DEATH, SLEEPER, and BANANAS. The prehistoric comedy was recently released on DVD following a theatrical release. Most recently Rifkin wrote, directed and executive produced (along with Barry Schuler and Brad Wyman) all 11 episodes of LOOK the series for Showtime. Based on his critically acclaimed and award winning film of the same name, LOOK is a controversial drama that takes us into the foreboding world of hidden cameras. Stay tuned to Rex Sikes' Movie Beat for other great archived interviews, cast and crew listings, events, festivals, premieres, and more at http://www.rexsikes.com
