Leaders are expected to make and facilitate the making of decisions. In this show, John continues to provide an overview of every class in the MSOL curriculum as Dr. Jim Dittmar, chair of the Leadership Studies Department at Geneva College joins him to discuss the Decision Making class. As usual, John and Dr. Jim will be joined by several students and/or alumni to discuss the main takeaways of the course, and how they are applying what they learned in their current roles and careers. The concepts of consensus, heuristics, brainstorming, intuition, rationality and a number of other pertinent topics related to decision making will be discussed.
