Come with Travel Brigade to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the movie Sideways, by taking your own wine-tasting trip near California’s Central Coast. In the movie, Miles (Paul Giamatti) and Jack (Thomas Haden Church) go on a trip to the Santa Ynez Valley for wine-tasting and relaxation, but romance and hilarity ensue. Ten years later, you can go “Sideways” yourself when you get a map that matches up scenes from the movie with the spots where they took place. You can dine at the place where Miles made his famous anti-merlot rant or the winery where he drank from the spit bucket. More importantly, you can taste some great wines, eat some delicious food and enjoy some beautiful scenery. Enjoy the trip! Follow us on Twitter @TravelBrigade.

Join hosts Kevin Hunter and Jeffrey O'Brien as they discuss a piece of contract law known as the survival clause.

A survival clause is necessary if there are any clauses that one of the parties wishes to have remain in effect after the termination of the agreement.
