In this week broadcast we will be discussing the many struggles Women have and identify where it all started.I always say if you want to know why you are so messed up you must go back into your adolescent years the answers are there. I know myself I grew up in a dysfunctional home with a father who was an alcoholic and a mother who was a God fearing women but she stayed in that dysfunction so long we became a product of it.I struggled with Co dependency and Control just to mention a few.We believe satan lies because we do not know who we are . We will discuss how to break free in our minds, body and soul.God walked me through a complete transformation in which I will share with you so you can break the cycle of negative thinking from your minds and break free from your past so you can live the life you were meant to live in Christ. Each week we will continue in this same subject. My prayer for you is that you will become the woman God created you to be.

This morning, we are cooking up a great show, as Debbie talks with New York’s own Chef Extraordinaire, Jackie Valenti. After working in 4 and 5 star restaurants for years, Jackie decided to combine what she had learned from those experiences, her mother’s best recipes … and basic recipes she has enhanced upon … and share them … with the world! She has just released her first cook book, "Cooking Kept Me Sane," and has made several cooking videos available on You Tube.
Today, Jackie is going to be sharing with Debbie and our “On The Grid” listening audience such gems as …. the seven ways to ruin your omelettes , nine ways to screw up oatmeal, and fifteen ways to burn more fat. Just what are the essential kitchen tools you need to make you a star chef in your own kitchen? Jackie Valenti is going to be sharing all of this … and more.
To add to the fun ...our listeners are invited to call in at (323) 792-3071 and ask Jackie Valenti your questions … and maybe even get some suggestions for that upcoming event you are hosting!

Ah, the Good Old Summertime! Many of us, especially in the north, look forward to this short, delightful season all year long because it is such a fun time. And yet it can be dangerous too. We want to protect ourselves from sun overexposure, without using unhealthy chemical sun blocks. We want to protect ourselves from bugs, without using bug sprays that are almost as poisonous to us as they are to the bugs! We want to go on picnics and beach parties and make sure our food is safe to eat, and we don’t load up with sugar. Hikers, joggers and bicyclists want to avoid ticks that cause Lyme disease. We want to enjoy all the festivities while avoiding heat exhaustion or dehydration. And we need to make sure our children and pets are comfortable and safe, especially around water, and when we are traveling.
Join our Health Guru, Beverly Nadler, today as she discusses the many safe and sane ways to really enjoy the good old summertime.
Definitely a one-of-a-kind woman with her many gifts and abilities, Wendy usually prefers to stay behind the scenes while actively seeking the truth. She has, however, recently succumbed to the calling and decided to share herself with us! She feels there is a much greater reason for doing this: to spread hope with the truth. In Wendy’s words, “ The truth needs to be spread but not with fear.” I know if we all come together as one, there is hope
