"I am what happens when an everyday person becomes divinely inspired.  I've chosen to re-create what life gave me and Surrender, A Psycho-Spiritual Healing Guide For Treating Anxiety and Depression was birthed out of the trauma of being drugged and robbed in November of 2014,” says Lisa. “Using these techniques gave me the strength to feel better and handle the trauma one piece at a time. It was a struggle and I wanted to be vulnerable and share my story to help others know they are not alone and they can move through this."

Urban Therapy with Sun #138 Treating Them Like They're Grown

    in Lifestyle

What are the consequences to encouraging or allowing your kids to do things before they're old enough to understand them or process them?
Is growing up your kids too early a way of taking away their innocence? Do we live out our fantasies through our children sometimes? Is it right for us to do that? Do we set our kids up for trouble by letting them experience things that we may have had to wait to experience when we were their ages? What about when we let them experience things that we did experience at their ages even though it got us into trouble at their ages?

In your opinion, what is the right age to let your kids:

    Drink alcohol
Smoke weed or experiment with drugs
    Wear makeup
    Get into a serious relationship
    Date
    Have sex
    Get on birth control
    Travel on their own
    Drive a car
    Experiment with weapons
    Manage their own money
    Stay home alone
    Wear high heels
Purchase things for a girlfriend or a boyfriend
    Get a job
    Babysit
    Hang around with teenaged parents
    Etc

Do we allow our kids to grow and learn independently or do we navigate them through their young lives and and keep them safe?

Urban Therapy with Sun #137 Father's Day, Father's Way 2015

    in Lifestyle

The time has come for fathers and men in general to be represent and to be represented. Far too often, we forget the importance of the positive male presence in the home and/or in our lives. Sure, we know that their are plenty of deadbeat dads and absentee dads that have had a negative effect on plenty of children's lives out there but why should they always have the spotlight more than the good dads and the good men that have fought tooth and nail to ensure a good life for their children and their families? That's unacceptable but don't get me wrong, this won't be a goody goody daddy two shoes show. For those that feel the need to downplay the significance of fathers and the male influence in our lives, we invite y'all to bring your valid and invalid sour grapes gripes to the forefront too. Everyone's feelings and experiences will be welcomed and represented. Fair is fair.

We need men to come out and represent on this show. If you are a dad and/or you have been a father to a child that was not your biological child and was instrumental to their growth and development, we need to hear from you on this show.

If you're a dad that has been estranged from your children for any reason and you would like to get it off of your chest, this is your show. No excuses this time. No baby mama excuses, child support excuses, incarceration excuses, age excuses or anything. Now is the time to represent and try to get right. Tell your story. Fix your story.

There is no crying in fatherhood. Well, sometimes there is but I'm saying.

I'm interested in Bee Venom Therapy, how do I begin? Episode #1

    in Health

How are your planning to treat YOUR infectous agents?

Many patients are successfully treating it with Bee Venom Therapy. This low cost, highly effective treatment works with the body to kill these pathogen invaders. You can treat in your home with mail order bees while wearing your pajamas!

The benefits of Bee Venom are tremendous as it ameliorates our bodies and kills the pathogens . Many of you are participating in the 2015 BVT Challenge, many of us have heard your testimonies.

Bee Venom Therapy or BVT has been used for 6,000 years to treat many conditions. It's well documented and there are many first hand accounts to be found. BVT has many, many benefits. For a Lyme patient it offers this: kills parasites, bacteria, & viruses. This is near 1,200 infectious agents.

Here is one cool kicker, BVT pokes holes in BioFilms! A membrane-busting protein called phospholipase A. Yep, way cool. These holes are gateways for antibiotics or your own immune system to access the bugs.

Additionally, pain relief & hormone balancing are certainly part of the benefits. The venom kills bugs while calming damaged nerves, it works with the body.

We've rounded up the leading Lyme Bee Venom Therapy patient experts, while we are not doctors, we are the patients who have and are successfully treating themselves. You may have heard their stories, but now you get to dig deeper.

You get to ask questions! Join us for this NEW EXCITING series of talks on Bee Venom Therapy! If you have Lyme, we've a protocol for that.

Episodes #1, we will primarily discussing our protocol and how to begin. I know it's a LONG 2-hour show but this is very important to learn this written protocol.

Many feel BV is the real answer for Lyme patients all over the world, take some time and tune in and learn more.
