Well, once again we had a proposal concerning San Jacinto Park. I guess El Paso no longer has a plaza... just a park with no historical significance. Thank you very much Mr. Paul Foster.

Our guests this morning are Kelly Stroman, Jason Shanks and Chandra Shaw and they’re going to fill us in on all the fabulous events happening at Metlox Plaza in Manhattan Beach this summer.

Chandra Shaw, founder of Trilogy Spa, was raised with her extended family on the Hawaiian island of Molokai. She began her college studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara, then went on to study at Cambridge University in England, and finally in Washington D.C where she served as a White House intern and in the U.S. Senate Cloakroom.
Her professional career began in Los Angeles where she served as a Legislative Analyst and Lobbyist working with local governmental agencies before being recruited into the booming high-tech industry as a pre-IPO strategic partnership specialist.

Jason began giving lessons in the spring of 2011 and then launched the e-commerce site that fall.
It's not about just riding one thing, it's about the quiver. Their goal is to help folks round out theirs. Prone paddling, outriggers, SUP, surf, bodyboards, bodysurfing... you name it, they’ve got the supplies, gear and boards.

In the past few days, the San Francisco Civil Grand Jury released a comprehensive and important report entitled, "Rising Sea Levels...At Our Doorstep."
In this broadcast, we explore some key points raised by the panel and its recommendations. Charged with assessing how rising sea levels "will most likely affect the City of San Francisco," and what the City is doing to address the challenge, the Grand Jury notes, "We are currently at the cusp of the future in terms of sustainability." It adds, "The threat is real; the time to act is now."
Join host Mitch Chester for a quick review of major points contained in the report.

He would like to share his experiences and lessons with you to make your journey easier and have life be less complicated for you and your family.

It is fitting that the 54th episode of the Bedford & Sullivan podcast is Giants-themed, as they celebrate their 60th anniversary of the 1954 World Championship. And now that the Mets have been swept out of town, the animosity will be much less so in my tone.
Live from outside the ballpark in San Francisco, Jersey native and Giants fan Rich Rodgers will join us to discuss how his fandom manifested itself and stories from the years gone by. Podcast mainstay Steve Rothschild will join us as well.
So, why don't YOU join us at 10am PT for the latest edition of the Bedford & Sullivan podcast?!
