Ra is the topic today.
My guest is 38 and living with rheumatoid arthritis is virtually symptom free due to a radical change in diet, daily meditation and an honest confrontation of unresolved emotional damage.
I never thought I would end up in Intensive Care at 36 years old. The medications I was taking for rheumatoid arthritis ate four holes in my stomach. I vomited up 40% of my blood and needed a transfusion. When an emergency room nurse told me I was lucky to be alive, I realized the gravity of the situation. I also resolved to find another way to treat my condition.
Thankfully, the vanguard of the medical profession had already published research on alternatives to harsh medications. Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s nutritional center in New Jersey and his books Eating and Fasting for Health and Eat to Live provide evidence that eating the right foods can actually reverse disease. Fuhrman advocates the consumption of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains and legumes to maintain health; conversely, he warns against processed foods, meat, dairy and oils
The Don S. McClure Show-Having Real Faith and Respect for Self.
Faith: is belief that is not based on proof. It can also be defined as confidence or trust in a person, thing, deity, view, or in the doctrines or teachings of a religion, or philosophy as well as confidence based on some degree of warrant.
Faith involves more than outward obedience to understanding its true meaning, but also must be based on a deep personal understanding of pure teachings.
Respect is a positive feeling of esteem or deference for a person or other entity (such as a nation or a religion), and also specific actions and conduct representative of that esteem. Respect can be a specific feeling of regard for the actual qualities of the one respected Respect can be both given and/or received.

The period of highest development; the peak. The highest example or best representative: the flower of our generation. A natural development or outgrowth: "His attitude was simply a flower of his general good nature"

The Don S. McClure Show - Some Born and Some Made
"To Conquer your destiny. You must first conquer your fears."
Legends Some Born and Some Made by the deeds of men.
Today a legend is considered to be a person or achievement worthy of inspiring such a story or feat created by anyone or anything whose fame promises to be enduring, even if the renown is created more by the telling of the stories or acts by oral tradition more so then in the eyes of the media.
Or by the deeds of one who is considered a legend in their own time.
One can become a legend while using his god given talent to build self-esteem in others.
A legend of Purpose.
Legend comes from the Latin adjective legenda, "for reading, to be read," which referred only to written stories, nor to traditional stories transmitted orally from generation to generation.
This restriction also applied to the English word legend when it was first used in the late 14th century in reference to written accounts of saints' lives, but ever since the 15th century legend has been used to refer to traditional stories as well. ARE YOU A LEGEND
We will be discussing the criticism of two top rated shows on T.V.! These two shows both have African-American actresses as the main characters and each week they leave us wanting more and when they are on hiatus for the season we are having withdrawls. But why are some so critical of these fictional characters? Is it life imitating art or the other way around. Let's discuss fact and fiction of Scandal and Being Mary Jane! Are there some real life Olivia Popes and Mary Janes out there?
Fall into the pages of S. Chameleon as she shows you just how devious deception can be. The saying “Keep your enemies close and your friends even closer” would have worked if the friends they thought they had, had not ultimately become the enemies. You never know who could be waiting in the cut to take your spot! What do you know about this that's classic? Lots of laughs, I'm sure. It's ENOUGH ROOM for US ALL to SHINE! Now that's classic! To get on the show as a guest OR To place a CCC $5.00 AD inquire to CreamCityClassica@hotmail.com CALL IN NUMBER (713) 955-0635
