On tonight's show, we will be playing, in it's entirety, the interview that's been making the rounds of the internet between Jeremy Paxman and Russell Brand. We'll also be addressing the repeated and overemotional clarion call that still seems to occur over the word "Benghazi" when it's leveled at the President. We'll speak of Russell Brand's chutzpah and the Tea Party need for "justice" for Benghazi.
On this episode, believe it or not, we are going to be talking about the recent Russell Brand interview with Jeremy Paxman. Brand goes from understanding the failures (to some degree) of the current social policy to his own utter failure to understand the principles of economics in a flash. He does make an impassioned plea to question authority as well as a fervent call to revolution. Is the man just nuts? Join us to find out what the Annoying Peasants think.
This should be a thought provoking and fun episode of the Annoying Peasant Radio Show. We welcome all to be part of the show, whether you want to listen in, join the lively chat or give us a call with your questions or comments.

Climate Action With Russell Greene
Understanding the Fifth UN IPCC Predicament and Response
The Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was finalized in 2014.
Join me with my guest Atmospheric Scientist Peter Kalmus this Sunday to discuss what the report tells us and how we each may choose to respond.
Peter Kalmus is an atmospheric scientist studying the role of clouds in global warming. After graduating from Harvard with a physics degree, he worked for four years as a computer programmer on Wall Street before returning to science and earning his PhD in physics from Columbia University. After five years as an astrophysicist at Caltech, he switched fields into atmospheric science.
Being the father of two young boys motivates him to explore how we can appropriately respond -- as individuals -- to the massive problem of global warming. One of the many things he's done is to almost completely stop burning fossil fuels himself, by examining his own life and replacing fossil-fueled activities with bicycling, driving on veggie oil, remote participation in meetings, and a fossil-fuel-free diet. He calls this ongoing process of self-examination and self-change "be-cycling," and he says it makes him happier.
