Summer time? CrossFit Games are back!

    in Sports

Sometimes I think that would be easier to write about baseball than to write about crossfit, but that will be a whole different blog (which probably I’ll keep in mind). But right now it is all about the second competition of the CrossFit Games, they were held in summer time of 2008, and they were at Dave parents’ ranch in Aroma, California.

This time they gathered around 300 athletes competing in four challenging workouts. Big difference from last year, they went from 100 fans to 800 spectators, and they were better prepared for this competition, in other words the ideas were coming together of what they wanted to achieve.

    Know Your Role

    in Sports

During the course of the 2015-2016 NBA season we have been fortunate to see some amazing things.  The single season wins mark was eclipsed by the Golden State Warriors and they continue to impress in the playoffs.  The San Antonio Spurs seem to be right where they belong again as quiet favorites.  While teams like Cleveland and the Oklahoma City Thunder have big name stars but may not have enough to win it all.  In the L.A.B. we break down how important role players are to these high powered organizations.  We also talk about the value of Steph Curry and how his injury could change things for the future of the Golden State Warriors.  Predictions for the rest of the playoffs are also in store and we highlight areas relating to injuries and why todays players seem to be on the IR more and more with each coming season.  Give your game life and join us in the LAB today!!!!
