Hi! This is my first episode of Indie/Film reviews! Today I am going to first play a song from Sonoio called Heartbeat and then I am going to review the critically appraised 2014 film The Mazer Runner! Hopefully this episode won't be interupted by anything. This is just a test run after all.
We're back! This week your favorite geeky ladies review "The Maze Runner" starring the kid from MTV's Teenwolf abomination, the kid from "We're The Millers" and that kid from Game of Thrones. Based on the YA novel of the same name, "The Maze Runner" is the story of Thomas, a boy who awakens in an elevator and is deposited in a Lord of The Flies type compound filled with other mildly dirty, yet impossibly well-coifed teenage boys. The boys can't remember anything about their previous lives (except their names) or how they arrived in "The Glade". They only know their one shot at escape is through the imposing, monster-filled Maze that surrounds their compound. Tune in to find out if this sci-fi action flick is worth your hard earned money or if you should save your $14 and just read the book.
Join me, Rogue Instructor, as I chat about various boutique formats. Boutique formats are not yet widely available. Why? Because there usually is only one instructor who knows how to teach it and that would be the creator of the format.
Rhythm Walking is one of the boutique formats discussed today, because it happens to be created by me. Check it out and let me know what you think.
While listening to the show I hope you are thinking about some good advice to offer me. I'd love your input, whatever your background, but especially if you're a professional group fitness instructor.
Do you have a new fitness format? We want to hear about it. Yes, you can be a guest on my show; I'd love to interview you! It's pretty easy to do. Just call in on the phone number and we'll chat live.
While you're at it, you might as well sign up for your own BlogTalk Radio show. Speak your mind and find your niche audience. And please become a follower of mine. Thanks!

On this week's Cinema Royale, Michelle Monaghan (Gone Baby Gone, True Detective) joins in to talk about her new film, the heartfelt military drama Fort Bliss. Directed by Claudia Myers, the film centers on a decorated soldier trying to reconnect with her son after an extended tour overseas.
Plus, our resident YA expert Sandie Angulo Chen gives her thoughts on this week's big film, The Maze Runner, starring Teen Wolf's Dylan O'Brien!
Obstacle Racers (and the people who love them),
This week's episode we will learn about two more new races.
Stan from Xtreme Mud Warrior will call into the show and let us know all about their upcoming October race. The only thing I know so far is that they have their own property, which means permanent obstacles can be built. I am excited to see what he has in store.
Andy from Rogue Runner was in town last week and I got a chance to sit down with him and ask him about what his hopes are for their first two events in DC and GA. Andy knows some Olympians, so our interview was timely.
All of that, plus I play my interview with Hobie from a couple of weeks ago that I promised to play for you last week.
We will take your calls, tweets, and chats LIVE!
