In the news, the consequence of not getting children vaccinated against measles virus is headline. Do parents have the right to choose whether their children receive available childhood diseases vaccines? The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends getting 28 doses of 10 vaccines for kids aged newborn to six years old. All 50 states require vaccinations for children entering public schools but all issue medical exemptions, 48 states, excluding Mississippi and West Virginia, permit religious exemptions, and 19 states allow an exemption for philosophical reasons.
.Proponents say that vaccination is safe and one of the greatest health developments of the 20th century. They point out that illnesses, including rubella, diphtheria, smallpox, polio, and whooping cough, are now prevented by vaccination and millions of children’s lives are saved. Opponents say that children’s immune systems can deal with most infections naturally, and that injecting questionable vaccine ingredients into a child may cause side effects, including seizures, paralysis, and death. They contend that numerous studies prove that vaccines may trigger problems like autism, ADHD, and diabetes
From 1989 to July 1, 2014, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) made 3,645 compensation payments of over $2.7 billion in awards and $113.2 million to cover legal costs. About 30,000 cases of adverse reactions to vaccines have been reported annually to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) since 1990Thimerosal, formaldehyde, and aluminum, are added to vaccines to improve stability. After public outcry, thimerosal was reduced to trace amounts in vaccines for children under 6 years old.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) estimated that 732,000 American children were saved from death and 322 million cases of childhood illnesses were prevented between 1994 and 2014 due to vaccination.

Thomas Cirignano moved to South Boston as a young man and took over his father's auto repair business. He later went on to author two books: His autobiography, titled, The Constant Outsider: Memoirs of a South Boston Mechanic, gives readers a chilling look at what went on in South Boston during the 1970s and '80s, the era of mobster "Whitey" Bulger's reign of terror," as Tom calls it. Due to its time and place in Boston's tumultuous history, along with the situations and people Tom encountered, The Constant Outsider is an exciting story in its own right. But in Tom's second book, titled, 67 Cents: Creation of a Killer, he explores an even more bizarre existence. Within this fictional adaptation of his memoir, Tom answers the following question which had lurked in the back of his mind for years. FOCUS FOR TODAY: DIVINE RIGHT ACTION
In the midst of the upheavals around the world, many are confused about what to call forth. The human intellect is flooded with facts and falsehoods, perceptions and biases--all based on limited information about motives, intentions, and agendas. Einstein said, "You can't solve the problem at the level of the problem." That means we have to rise up above the appearances of things in this physical world. The Highest Point of Awareness is at the Point of Sacred Unity and Infinite Intelligence in the Mind of the Creator.
A prayer for Divine Right Action is a prayer for the greatest good for the greatest number -- the greatest good for all. When we call for Divine Right Action we recognize that Infinite Intelligence within us can reveal a solution that brings only Good to everyone involved. The Omnipresence is fully present everywhere it is -- fully present in each and everyone of us. the Omniscient Omnipresence knows the solution that brings Good and only Good to All. Divine Right Action holds within it the knowledge of the impact of every choice on everyone. Affirming Divine Right Action demonstrates a state of mind in which we truly desire the best action -- the best solution -- a response that allows every one to be free from suffering.

Legal Blacksmith: How to Avoid and Defend Supply Chain Disputes with Sarah Rathke is our guest on The Core Business Show with Tim Jacquet. The book will be the only book on the market that focuses on strengthening supply chain issues from both a legal and a practical perspective. She also says, " My co-author and I wrote this book because in my job, I deal with a lot of disputes that could easily have been avoided, and there was no book out that addressed these issues. What I generally do is litigation in the supply chain context. While I don’t want to put myself out of business, I sympathize deeply with companies that are forced to incur major legal or business expenses to address supplier and customer relationship issues that have become “big problems” where intervention at an earlier stage would have saved a lot of the heartache."
Sarah Rathke is a trial lawyer specializing in manufacturing litigation, particularly complex supply chain disputes. She has argued and tried cases on behalf of manufacturers in forums throughout the US. Her clients include foreign, domestic, and multi-national manufacturing entities. Her skills include a deep understanding of the process of bringing highly engineered products to market and conveying that understanding to judges and juries. Sarah has litigated supply chain disputes involving automotive, aerospace, medical, construction and office products. She has also litigated trade secret disputes involving manufactured products and cases involving the purchase and sale of manufacturing entities.#applecapital #applecapitalgroup #thecorebusinessshow #timjacquet #sarahrathke
