Howard Richmond MD discusses self-worth and love

    in Self Help

Howard E Richmond MD is a transformational psychiatrist with a message for consciously seeking people who want to shift energy-draining reactions to realign body, mind and spirit. This episode is about the bold and loving declaration we can make that serves as a constant reminder that we are wonderful, powerful, creative, dynamic and contributing human beings. He will also talk about how we reflect back the best of others (and vice versa) when we connect soul-to-soul and heart-to-heart.

One of the lessons Dr. Richmond has learned over twenty years in private practice is the value of being “out of your mind” and into your heart. This philosophy is beautifully displayed in The Healing Field, his first novel. The Healing Field is a riveting account of the healing breakthrough that saved his patient’s life and transformed his own. The book chronicles the daring, out of the box healing journey with his anorexic patient “Lori,” who was determined to die. Between her desperation and his determination, they become locked in a battle for life that crosses conventional boundaries and reveals that healing and freedom come in surprising forms.

    Talking in Circles: Richmond Review

    in Sports

Reviewing the Toyota Owners 400 at Richmond on Saturday night. Joey Logano becomes the second driver to "double up" in the Cup Series this season. The racing in Richmond with the new tire was much better. The tire actually weared, but there's still work to be done for sure.

Jeff Gordon finishes runner-up with the best car in the race. He was clearly frustrated with finishing second in the race. Will this effect Jeff the rest of the season?

And... Brad Keselowski was angry cause Matt drove him into the fence. Going for the win? Is Brad way way off?

We'll talk about it all on Talking in Circles today at 2PM

JANET RICHMOND Higher Self Healing, Thought Forms & Altered Realities

    in Spirituality

Our conversation with Janet Richmond tonight is about healing, altered realities we create, and emotional blueprints.

    Her site is: www.janetrichmond.com

It is commonly believed that focusing your attention more intently on positive or inspiring thoughts will eliminate the negative in your life. This is not the case. To see where the dilemma lies, it’s important to first understand the nature of thought. Once created, thought energy cannot be destroyed. However, it can be transformed. It can be neutralized into a balanced state: neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad’ but neutral. This eliminates its magnetic charge and renders it harmless.

Neutralizing is the missing piece to the Law of Attraction puzzle and anyone can learn this valuable tool. Since 2006, Janet Richmond has made it her life's work to promote this technique. She offers many ways to begin Neutralizing; from her book CHOICES - Neutralizing Your Negative Thoughts and Emotional Blueprints, to her weekly radio show on Blog Talk radio, Private sessions, Meetups and Catalytic Art. Janet is also finishing her second book, SOUL PSYCHOLOGY, and will be hosting online workshops in the near future.

"I have moved out into the world in order to share the effective ways we can change our lives. I have moved from feeling like a victim to knowing I am the creator of my present and future. It is something everyone can do, no special skills required. Everyone carries all we need inside, the Divine Light (our Pure Soul Essence), which allows us to heal ourselves. I am thrilled to pass this knowledge on to others. Hope is here." Janet Richmond
