Greetings Friends, Saints, and Family. Today the study of the seven churches in the book of revelations will continue with the church of Pergamos. Here God is telling the angel of the church in pergamos to write and reveal that their works are known; and he commends them for holding fast to the name of God, and for not denying the faith (even in those days where Antipas was a faithful martyr who was slain where Satan dwells). These were mid-evil days during the Roman empior.
Today, all that's left of the city of Pergamum, now in modern-day Turkey, are ruins. But when the Apostle John wrote his letter to the church there, it was one of the most influential cities in the Roman Empire.
“Pergamum had a unique status that was different than any other city because it was the political center, says Rick Renner, the author of A Light in the Darkness, a study of the seven churches of Asia Minor. “It was from there that all the rulings were made that affected the whole of Asia Minor.”
The people of Pergamum were inventors and innovators. They perfected a parchment made out of calfskin and built the world's first psychiatric hospital. Pergamum was also a well-known center for the arts. The city’s theater seated ten thousand people a night. The acoustics were so good that a whisper on stage could be heard all the way in the top row.

Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation
You sure get your bang for the buck with this one. Tom Cruise, as durable on screen as any movie star could be, and his team deliver an action packed espionage thriller that’s so eye popping you hardly notice you have no idea of why they’re really doing all that stuff.
Perhaps the funniest thing about this silly sequel is the shock and horror some are expressing in its wake. I’m not saying I didn’t cringe watching some of the stuff that happens in this movie; I’m also not saying I didn’t laugh out loud a few times, too.
Join host Jo Michaels and author Allyson Gottlieb on air to discuss her Utopia Con revelations. What are revelations interviews? They include epiphanies authors who've attended the writer's conference Utopia have had and why. Allyson is a young adult author with a number of titles under her belt; Darkest Legacy, and Finding North, to name a couple. She's currently attending college on the East Coast, but she hails from sunny California and runs Athena Interior Book Design. We'll discuss Allyson's books and ask her what she took away from her first year at the con.
Proving it’s not just looks, but heart, the effectively packaged but very uneven entertainment delivers a few things that are just darn irresistible. There is certainly a whole lot of dry humping, which stands in for choreography. But even if watching that isn’t your cup of tea, you will undoubtedly enjoy the real charm all the guys bring, especially Channing Tatum whose always watchable and slyly eloquent work makes this Mike magical indeed.
Don’t sweat it if you’re running a little late for the screening you bought tickets for. Not much happens in this chapter’s first hour or so. And then all hell breaks loose, delivering exactly what you bought those tickets to see.
We will continue the series on the book of Revelations. In this segment we will finish the introduction of the seven churches and the assignments being sent by John from the Isle of Patmos. As many of you may already know that John was left for dead on the island, but the spirit instructed him to write the things that are being shown to him and then send the vision to the churches of that day. In this lesson I want to not how the message is revelant to us in the twenty first century.

The Revelations of Jesus Christ and The Redemption of Zion.
Boys will be boys. You were expecting Shakespeare, maybe? Melissa McCarthy in the role she and we have been waiting for.
Greetings BlogTalk Family!
Today I'm starting a new series in the book of Revelations. We are vastly approaching the last day, and I sense that there are some things we need to look at in the word of God. The bible says, "if you read this book that there would be a blessing in store for those who did." We all watch the news and can see that violence has increased. The word declared that in the last days, men would be lovers of themselves (we are seeing that), that violence would increase (we are see that as well) and even the women would turn to their own kind; there will be earthquakes in divers places (we are seeing that) We are experiencing wars and roomers of wars, etc. There are a lot of signs point to the return of Christ.

Do you have to be high in order to laugh here? No, but for a whole lot of this movie it sure feels that way. It’s really too bad MacFarlane relies so much on the weed breaks he slots so often in this movie. Not only do they slow the fun, they feel repetitive and lazy. And, as we have seen in so much of his work, when MacFarlane tries, he really can deliver some very funny and, as is his signature, topically targeted stuff.
