Clenbuterol Short-term Side-effects
The short-term side-effects of clenbuterol in humans have largely been determined through accidental overdoses from eating clenbuterol-tainted meat. Short-term side-effects include the following:
Hypertension (increased blood pressure)
Increased heart rate
Tremors (shakiness especially marked in hands)
Most of the above side-effects diminish when clenbuterol has been expelled from the body. However, the long-term effects of clenbuterol in humans are less well understood.
There are no human drug safety tests and information is obtained from incidents such as those in Spain in 1994, when 140 people were reportedly hospitalized and in China in September 2006 in which 330 people were poisoned due to eating meat that had been contaminated with clenbuterol. Information is also gained from isolated case studies of those using clenbuterol for its weight loss effects.

Nell Simmons - R&B Artist 2:15pm
Phenomenal Singer who has been blazing the scene as of late. One of the most powerful voices in the world this woman will blow you away. If you were to ask Nell who she is and what she contributes to the industry Nell says "I am something of the opposite having come to the industry only recently and largely in isolation." My story is about someone who came to make music later in life and had to do so using modern desktop technology and the internet to produce and promote more out of necessity than anything else. I think I can provide some insights for other emerging artists trying to find their way in the modern music industry.
Teddy Garcia - Singer/Songwriter Blues Jazz Artist 3:15pm
Teddy Garcia (48) in an emerging singer/songwriter, anchored in the blues tradition but drawing from many different contemporary styles to create his unique sound. Teddy’s musical style is diverse, with elements of jazz, latin, soul, rock and even funk in the songs though generally they all have an origin in the blues. His vocal style is smooth and mellow with melodic, clean guitar solos complimenting the lyrical content. His songs often relate to the classic blues themes of love, fatalism and restlessness.

BIO: Stan White
Stan White is a retired high school principal. He is the father of Marine Corporal Andrew White, who was a healthy 23-year-old, gung-ho Marine returning from a nine-month tour in Iraq, who, like so many of his brothers in arms, suffered from the seemingly normal stresses of war—insomnia, nightmares and restlessness. The young corporal turned to the military’s mental health system for help. Within a few short months, White became unrecognizable to his family. Eleven months after beginning his first cocktail of mind-altering drugs, he died in his sleep from what the medical examiner ruled an “accidental overdose of medication.” Since taking his first multi-drug cocktail to the date of his death, White had been prescribed no less than nineteen different drugs with many at ever-increasing dosages, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, anti-anxiety, pain killers and antibiotics. The prescribed drugs Methadone, Oxycodone, Paxil and Seroquel were found in his system at the time of death. Stan and his wife, Shirley, blame the “lethal cocktail” of psychiatric drugs for the death of their son. “We don’t think they should be given to troops in the field,” Stan White said. “It’s worth asking whether they should be given to anybody anytime, civilian or military.” The Whites are advocating more alternatives for soldiers and have testified before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Estrogen fluctuations can wake women in the middle of the night with night sweats
Normal declines in estrogen raise cortisol, exacerbating sleep problems (i.e., did you know that high cortisol levels lowers serotonin, making sleep even more problematic? Welcome to the neuro-endocrine axis!)

Signs and symptoms include:
