As Executive Director of Homecoming For Veterans (HC4V), Pam Tarr is focused on providing mental health care for those in need due to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. HC4V’s neurofeedback programs have benefited thousands of veterans and active duty service members across the country. Pam’s work in the non-profit sector is supported by her deep network of resources from the entertainment and advertising industries where she has been a leader for over thirty years. While running her film production company, Squeak Pictures, for 15 years, Pam served as West Coast President of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers. Her extensive work with non-profit organizations includes Rock The Vote, Council For A Livable World, The Boomer Coalition and Partnership For A Drug-Free America. She believes that doing good and doing well are synonymous. Pam is a graduate of Stanford University.
