Hi, I’m Steve Giovinco from Recover Reputation and I’ll go over online reputation, including: what it is, how your reputation can be damaged, what happens when its damaged and ways to repair it.
So in the pre-internet world, brands, people and companies could control what was said about them.

Clients “Google” you when speaking on the phone.
Anyone can say anything, and it shows up online.
People don’t ask for references anymore, they search Google.
Times have changed.
Now, one negative post can ruin a business.
So what is Online Reputation Management? We'll give some real-world solutions and tips that should help professionals in law, finance and the arts.
We'll go over online reputation, including what it is, how a reputation can be damaged, what happens when it’s damaged and ways to repair it.
