Rekindling Relationships: Old Ex or Next!

    in Relationships

Has there ever been anyone you felt in your heart and soul that was “the one who got away,” and you wish that you had the chance to do the relationship all over again, but better? Have you ever walked away from a relationship and knew you made one of the biggest mistakes of your life? Well, what if you had the chance to rekindle an old flame? Would you be apprehensive about getting back together with an ex, or would you move fast and forward, full speed ahead? Reuniting with a past love has its ups, downs, pros and cons just as starting a relationship with someone new does, but I think there are a few more advantages to rekindling an old flame that people don’t realize.

For instance, you don’t have to start from scratch when getting familiar with them because you already know quite a bit. This can be good and bad because the relationship may have ended because of the things you knew about that you didn’t like about them, but on the other hand, there are things about them you know about and love them for. It’s your choice to take them or leave them as they are, but it’s less work getting to know the ends and outs of a familiar love.

Another good thing about igniting a past romance is that the two of you can do things differently. Before you and your past lover decide to go full speed ahead, it’s best to take some time and assess the things that went wrong before, talk through them, then decide and agree together on how things should go a second time around. Try your best to stick to what’s been established so you won’t make the same mistakes. lso, you can get to know each other on a different level. Now is the time to learn new things about your past love since you were apart. It’s also the time to get reacquainted with the things you loved about them before and learn how to adjust to the things you didn’t like so much.

Rekindling An Old Flame: Should You Try To Renew An Old Romance From The Past?

    in Women

High school reunions can be hazardous to a marriage in trouble, particularly when people run into old boyfriends and girlfriends. We often start thinking "What if I had married him instead? What if I had married her instead? What would my life be like? Would I be happier than I am now?" In later years, after a death or divorce ends a marriage, people often start looking up old flames. Facebook has been a common vehicle to find a long lost love from the past, and some have found that their old high school sweethearts still excite their interest. This could work if both people are single, but sometimes one party is married, and the surprise intrusion in their life could cause a problem, if they happen to be going through a rough period with their spouse. If you are unmarried, should you try to renew an old romance? Or is it best to move forward and discover someone new that is a truer reflection of the person you now are? Can you reconcile a past romance when there was a bad break up? How do you say "I'm sorry" to someone whose heart you may have broken? Can you rekindle an old flame? Should you even try?

LLF Showcases Luvsperation with Keeyen Martin -Dial In 347-826-9558

    in Radio

Keeyen Martin (@KeeyenMartin) Singer/Songwriter Extraordinaire Will Share his "luvsperation" with the audience of Love, Life & Fabulousness

    http://keeyenmartin.com/biography/

In a generation increasingly defined by cookie-cutter vocalists, mass-produced singles, and formulaic lyrics, the music industry may yet have hopes of promoting real talent and rekindling the “soul” –as well as the “real singing”—of music in the form of Keeyen Martin.

An adept singer, songwriter, and pianist, Keeyen is the definition of a blossoming musician whose dedication to his craft is sure to pay off—very soon. His rare capacity for creating meaningful music, along with his flare for modernizing and mixing soul, pop, and gospel influences allows him to shine bright in the sea of dronish, ready-made starlets that comprise today’s industry. Keeyen’ s own mantra concerning music—“Just do you!”—reveals his refusal to be anything less than original, and at this point in his life, his musical mission to uplift, encourage, and inspire his generation is bound to shake the foundations of popular music in the coming years.

Keeyen has experienced singing background for several Industry Artist, Michelle Williams of Destinys Child, Rueben Studdard, Peabo Bryson,  Rudy Currence, Donnie McClurkin and more. He consistently works with numerous aspiring musicians and vocalists within the Atlanta, GA area extending voice lessons, production coaching, music education, and publishing courses.  His song catalog boasts over 150 plus songs, having worked with many notable Artist. Recently Keeyen has performed in various venues from TBN networks, Vh1 Save The Music, BET and ASCAP.  He has shared the stage with artist Roman GianArthur, Isaac Caree, Jennifer Holliday, Marian Mereba, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Winans and more.
