    Don't Do That! What Are The Boundaries Every Tapping Coach Should Know

    in Self Help

    Alina Frank and Craig Weiner explore: Establishing Solid Boundaries. This is obviously a wise step that every practitioner that utilizes EFT Tapping should make sure are in place. But what are those boundaries and how do I know them before they have happened to me? This EFT Mastering Business Acumen podcast explores practitioner/client boundaries that need to be set up at the outset of a relationship that will serve to create a container that eliminates, or at least significantly reduces the chances of mis-communications and misunderstandings that commonly show up in tapping practices. Issues around payment/finances, cancellation policies, reimbursement policies, inflated client expectations, erroneous practitioner expectations, fuzzy personal/professional boundaries, and more. Tune in and Learn!

    Craig Weiner, DC and Alina Frank are the hosts of EFT Mastering Business Acumen Radio, creators of the affiliated EFT MBA Practitioner Success Program. They are professional speakers, authors and EFT trainers for EFT Universe (EFTU), the Alternative Healthcare Provider (AHP) network and Matrix Reimprinting (MR). Roll Over Business Start-ups (ROBS) with Kevin Hunter and Jeffrey O'Brien TBFS

    in Business

    Join Kevin Hunter and Jeffrey O'Brien on TBFS Radio Network as they discuss ROBS - Roll Over Business Start-ups.

    via www.wealthcounsel.com

    A Proper ROBS Structure:

    ROBS arrangements typically involve the following sequential steps:

    Establish a new corporation;
    The corporation hires the entrepreneur as an employee;
    The corporation adopts a 401(k) plan that specifically permits plan participants to direct the investment of their plan accounts into a selection of investment options, including employer stock;
    The entrepreneur as employee initiates a direct rollover or trustee-to-trustee transfer of retirement funds from another qualified retirement plan into the newly established plan;
    The entrepreneur as employee then directs the investment of his or her 401(k) plan account to purchase the corporation’s stock at par value;
    The entrepreneur personally acquires corporate stock in exchange for direct investments into the corporation, assets transferred to the corporation, or as reimbursement for start-up costs; and
    The company utilizes the proceeds from the sale of stock to purchase an existing business, fund an existing business, or begin a new venture.

    A wise entrepreneur will understand what the promoter is doing for them versus what they still need to do for themselves. In general, a ROBS promoter creates the corporation, registers the Plan, and provides documentation to their clients that cover the adoption of the Plan by the company and issuance of the stock to the entrepreneur and the Plan. Since the client is, typically, the Plan Trustee, the Board and Officers of the Corporation, the excuse “I thought they were going to do that” will not work.

    Segment 9: Liberty Health Share Members See Reduction in Costs. But Why?

    in News

    We’re talking about Liberty Health Share.  Again this is not health insurance. It is medical cost sharing.  And it is allowable under the Affordable Care Act.  I’ll admit medical cost sharing is difficult to understand since we have lived with medical insurance for so long.  But share amount members have paid actually dropped by 50-dollars a month last year.  How could this happen in this environment?  I put that question to Liberty Health Share Executive Director Dale Bellis.  He told me three reasons.

    Number one we actually share in the actual numbers…. Are less there as well.

    Again that was Dale Bellis, the Executive Director of Liberty Health Share.  In another segment, Dale will share with me the reimbursement formula that Liberty Health Share uses that is being accepted by medical providers but also keeping costs down.  For more on the 3 programs offered by Liberty Health Share go to liberty health share dot-org slash john daly.  Stay in formed not inflamed.

    Dolphin Kasper grew up in Vancouver BC in quite a unique environment.  His childhood experience at home was full of community and people looking for meaning and purpose in their lives.  His mother Susan Kasper was doing powerful personal growth work with people throughout his childhood and adolescence.  This work included self discovery, emotional healing and authentic communication.  As much as Dolphin knew the goodness of what was happening around him he wasn’t ready to fully step into it until after he finished high school.   With an ache and yearning for a life that felt fully alive Dolphin began to seek and learn and live with an intention of growth and discovery. At the age of 20, with no job and dwindling savings, an extremely serendipitous chain of events lead Dolphin to a job with the ministry of Attorney General in British Columbia that would literally change the direction of his life. http://evolvehds.com

    Marcy Wheeler & Stuart Zechman • Virtually Speaking Sundays

    in Current Events

    Transparency in gov't, the NSA, CMS and ICE edition. Commentary from Marcy Wheeler & Stuart Zechman. Jay Ackroyd moderates. Culture of Truth satirizes the top-down media. Links and bios here.

    Jay: "There's a common transparency theme with the NSA and CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).  There's the question of what missions are being served--neither seems primarily focused on the general citizenry, and acts in disdain, at best, for democratic processes.  Both topics require explanation--most people haven't heard of CMS or know the role it plays in price fixing. Likewise, while we know the NSA has been collecting exploits and back doors rather than publicizing and fixing them, that's something else most people are unaware of."

    The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  They set Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement rates, which are the basis for most insurance reimbursement rates.

    The 2014 Virtually Speaking Media Panel: Allison Kilkenny, Avedon Carol, Cliff Schecter, David Dayen, Dave Johnson, David Waldman, digby, Gaius Publius, Joan McCarter, Marcy Wheeler, RJ Eskow, Stuart Zechman
