Stressed about work, stressed about bills, stressed about whether you'll have enough (fill in the blank). So, what's the difference between stress and anxiety? God said, "Don't be anxious for anything." Stress, believe it or not, can actually be a good thing. Excitement and anxiety are two different things. Many of us end up in anxiety producing situations, whether it is a relationship, a situation or just figments in our own minds. Our emotional unavailability limits our choices, we hide rather than come out in full frontal openness. We end up in anxiety producing situations, whether it is a relationship, a situation or just figments in our own minds.
I will be sharing the tips on getting out of the anxiety loop (which were not shared last week) and into being in control of your emotional state, so you will feel a greater degree of availability, freedom and inner wisdom around your choices.
