Antoine Thompson was a Democratic New York State Senator who represented the state’s 60th Senate district, which includes parts of Buffalo and Tonawanda, the City of Niagara Falls and the Town of Grand Island. Thompson previously served for six years as the Masten District councilman in the Buffalo Common Council. Thompson has been a lifelong Buffalonian and held political and politically related professional positions in Buffalo before his service in elective politics.

Donnell Spivey is the Immediate Past President of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals (NAREB). He is the owner and broker of Exit Spivey Professional Realty with over twenty-nine years of experience in the surrounding Baltimore area. Donnell’s business philosophy is to lead and manage a team of real estate agents, specializing in residential and investment property sales, while providing full time professional real estate services. He is currently a board member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore, National Association of Realtors, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Howard County Association of Realtors, Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and a member of the 100 Black Men of America. Donnell received his education at the Catonsville Community College after graduating with a degree in the offered real estate program. He received his training as an REO specialist and is constantly continuing his education in regards to real estate, marketing, and technology. His specialties include residential listing and sales, new home sales, investment property, relocations, and REO properties. Donnell Spivey is currently continuing to better the real estate community through his involvement in real estate organizations and lives with his family in Maryland.

Reverend Charles Lamont Dorsey is the Executive Director of COR Community Development Corporation. He is the past immediate Youth and Young Adult Pastor at Christ Our Redeemer AME Church. His academic record includes a Master of Divinity from the Claremont School of Theology and a Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California at Irvine. Reverend Dorsey is currently pursuing a Doctoral Candidate at Pepperdine University. His ministerial career has included tremendous favor from the Lord; Rev. Dorsey was blessed to sing the National Anthem for the President of the United States, Barack Obama. He has also been blessed to travel to the Holy Land (Israel), where he preached on the Sea of Galilee and baptized in the Jordan River. He released his first gospel album, “The Charles Dorsey Project,” and his first book entitled “Consecrate Yourself,” which can both be found online. Charles is happily married to Attorney Lakeshia M. Dorsey, who is invited around the country to discuss policies surrounding foster care and family law.
Teresa Palacios Smith is Vice President of Business Development and Cultural Initiatives for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia Properties. Teresa is responsible for business development and corporate marketing of Relocation Services, HUD and REO properties, International & Rental Services and Affinity Marketing Programs.
Teresa has an extensive background in sales and marketing. A graduate of Mississippi State University, she received a BA in Broadcasting and Public Relations. Teresa has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds an active Georgia real estate license and is also licensed as a buyer’s agent. The daughter of Hispanic (Colombia, SA) immigrants, Teresa has traveled extensively and is fluent in Spanish. Raised in the heart of the South, Teresa has a strong commitment to traditional values, family, service and southern hospitality.
Teresa is a frequent speaker and writer on topics such as Minority Buying, Rental Assistance, Relocation Trends, International Relocation, First Time Home Buying, Successfully Selling HUD Homes and Strategies for Selling Your Home. She has conducted several workshops on these topics and has been published in numerous magazines.
Teresa is President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) which is one of the largest minority associations in the country with over 20,000 members. She was one of the founding members of the NAHREP Atlanta Chapter which was formed in 2005.
