Food cravings… They tend to haunt individuals. So often, individuals looking to get healthy, fit, leaner and lighter, try to be "good" with their nutrition throughout the day. As the hours go on, they give themselves a pat on the back because things seem to be going quite well. And then, late afternoon and early evening arrive. The individual tries to hang in there, but, once again, their food cravings and sugar cravings seem to get the best of them. What is going on? Is it my willpower, they ask? Why can I not control these food cravings? Let's take a look at some of the details as to why these food cravings and sugar cravings are occurring and how we can significantly reduce them.
