Monday’s edition of Trunews is power-packed with interviews with global governance expert Gary Kah and former NASA space shuttle engineer John Casey. Rick and Mr. Kah discuss how the normalcy bias is anesthetizing people from taking actions to prepare for extreme danger due to a financial collapse, social unrest, and world war. Scientist John Casey, author of Dark Winter, tells Rick that Buffalo’s seven-feet of snow is the opening act on decades of bitterly cold, snowy weather that will eventually produce food riots and mass migration.
As most of the USA shivers with abnormally cold temperatures in early November, Rick talks with long-range weather forecaster Dr. Piers Corbyn in Great Britain about the likelihood of a new mini-ice age. Raymond Ibrahim, author of Crucified Again, talks with Rick about how Islam is colonizing the West with the support of Barack Obama.
We live in a world of uncertainty, to put it mildly. This episode's guest will tell us what it takes to survive virtually any situation.
Dan Martin was born in Detroit, Michigan , the eldest son of the eldest son, five generations long. The offspring of divorced parents, at thirteen Dan went on to live with his father high in the Rocky Mountains where he learned how to hunt, trap, work on engines and generally be self-sufficient.
At age seventeen, Dan joined the military, was stationed in Hawaii and eventually deployed and fought in Desert Shield. He received a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Hawaii; and upon arriving back in the States, he attended the University of Texas studying physics and Engineering. It was also then that Dan volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Greenpeace, where he must have gotten his first taste of living and working outside of the ‘norm’. He then went on to work for Boeing Aerospace on Air Force C-17 Globe Masters. During Dan’s time with Boeing, he attended San Antonio Community College, taking undergraduate courses in Pre-Med, Sociology, World History and Psychology, earning enough credits for a Ph.D. and another Bachelors degree. But he never wanted a degree, only the education itself.
In the spring of 2000, he spent all of his waking spare time in Central Mexico taking up odd part-time jobs, learning mechanics, welding, fire control, security, farming, ranching, construction, architecture, wood working, first response, sanitation, plumbing, electrical, heating and air-conditioning, and metal working, where he later met and married his wife, Lucia.
For the next 6 years, the two lived 100% off-the-grid, completely cut-off from society.
We'll be joined by Professional Bull Rider Mr. Cord McCoy to discuss the world of rodeo, the challenges a professional athlete faces, the risks associated with the sport, his ranching business, and his participation in the amazing race. The New York Times recently published some controversial remarks made by Cliven Bundy which many considered racist. The Times took the remarks out of context which made the public’s perception quickly turn to disgust of Mr.Bundy. The disgust was quickly turned to anyone who had supported the ranching family in their dispute with the United States Bureau of Land Management.
While his choice of words was very poor and offensive to many, when you read his comments in entirety, I think you will see this is a man who is concerned for the well-being of all Americans.
Since the NYT article, an African American man who has acted as Mr. Bundy’s bodyguard through the entire ordeal with the BLM has come out publicly to say that Mr. Bundy is not a racist.
No matter what you think about Mr. Bundy’s remarks, the fed’s stand-down in the cattle grazing dispute is much bigger than one man. Liberty is something that’s at stake for ALL Americans, no matter what their skin color.

Wayne lives in Las Vegas. He lives and breaths Nevada politics. Something is very wrong. Something smells rotten in the Nevada desert. And Senator Harry Reid’s fingerprints are all over it.He's referring to the Bundy Ranch siege. This was a dispute between a Nevada ranching family with rights to the land in question for 140 years and the BLM (Bureau of Land Management).
The government claims they haven’t paid grazing fees for 20 years. The result was a government assault on the ranch- including snipers with assault rifles, SUV’s, helicopters, airplanes and over 200 heavily armed troops. No matter whether you come down on the side of the government or the ranch family, all of us can agree this was excessive force.
Wayne has some other insights that he brings to the table on this important chap
