Milt Thomas definitely is an intellectual. He also has written a non-intellectual, really fun story for our book Rainbows In Cobwebs. You will enjoy it immensely.
Milt is a former marketing communications executive and “ideation architect” with keen interest in predictive market analytics. He has produced numerous radio & television scripts, as well as strategic [business] communication pieces.
He also is an executive business coach, public speaker, and blogger.
Having grown up in the Deep South, during the waning days of Jim Crow, as well as a time that was pre-King’s movement for nonviolent social change, he brings a unique perspective to the socio-political DNA of America’s black electorate and is extremely motivated by this book,Rainbows in Cobwebs, and its concept, recognizing its potential to trumpet the unsung “silent pejorative.”
Milt graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia, and he enjoys woodworking and creative writing. As testament to his prolific drive to create and improve, he holds several U.S. patents with others pending. He currently is pursuing his Executive MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. See this remarkable man’s video on this site and do order his book, Black, Dumb and Barefoot from Amazon.

Kit Summers has had a tumultuous life, traveling from being one of the top jugglers in the world to lying in a coma for more than a month, learning to speak and walk all over again, passing through a failed marriage, run down by a truck the second time and finally emerging as a successful motivational speaker. He has learned to turn adversity into opportunity. Now let Kit teach you how to do the same thing in your own life—FIND SUCCESS! kitsummers.com
In Kit’s own words:
I rose to great heights as a world-class juggler.
Then fell face-down to the earth through the aforementioned accident and subsequent 37-day coma.
Then rose again with the writing and publishing of my first book, Juggling with Finesse, and starting my fresh salsa business.
Fell back down after getting hit by a truck—the second time.
Up again by starting work on this book to help you.
Back down when put in jail for a month on a false charge (which was dismissed.)
Ascended once again, traveling throughout the world to see and experience new things.

My husband and I met in San Diego, California. He was a Navy guy and I was a legal secretary, attending night school studying to be an accountant which enabled me to become an accounting manager of two large business firms. When Bob left the Navy, he went to school and trained to work in the auto industry. One of our special jobs which we loved, was watching our five wonderful successful children and their great families grow, knowing we were and still are a part of their lives. Blessed with 5 children, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren. I sat right down and wrote my first short story. Problem was, it passed becoming a short story, but I sent it all her anyway, figuring she would let me off the hook. Takes place in Wyoming and you will enjoy it since the laughs are abundant and my uncle was sure he would never make it to another birthday. My sister has been the inspiration I needed to start writing in earnest. I love writing these short stories knowing they will reach persons from all over the globe. You will find many things in my stories such as honesty, laughter, seriousness, compassion, love, intrigue and much more which will give you an insight of my character, so watch for them in all in the Rainbows in Cobwebs series as they hit the shelves.

In 2004, LeBeau conducted a series of Medicine Wheel Ceremonies to honor the Earth and all creation. The Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming and Big Bear Lake, California became the hubs of these multicultural events. LeBeau envisioned that all four races of mankind would celebrate blessings of the Earth together. The Big Bear Lake Medicine Wheel Ceremonies demonstrated how 20 and 9 sacred mountains and waterways worked together to bring harmony to our Mother Earth in Wyoming and California.
LeBeau says these events were necessary for mankind to reflect on environmental issues and what is happening to her sacred sites.
LeBeau's Universal Medicine Wheel Ceremonies are a vision for people to celebrate the love and healing of Mother Earth. They teach ways of "re-birthing" harmony and balance within mountains and bodies of water that have been taken out of harmony by modern man. At these events, he teaches how the alignment of Medicine Wheels decreases the threat of natural disasters and how negative vibrations produced by government and private developments, mining, damming of waterways, road and housing construction, pipelines, and warfare all affect earth's harmony.
"Environmental disasters are wake-up calls for mankind to reflect upon Mother Earth's abuse of sacred sites. They cause earthquakes, volcanoes, tornadoes, hurricanes, tsunamis and horrific forest fires," said Bennie LeBeau.
Following Medicine Wheel Ceremonies, LeBeau conducts workshops.
