Jim and Jennifer welcome Rachael Johnson to the show. Rachael began exploring healing arts and meditation in 2003, after a series of intense and transformational life events. She is a practitioner of the Karma Kagyu and Nyingmapa Nyagpa schools of Tibetan Buddhism, and an apprentice of the esoteric Taoist practices of the KUNLUN® System through Ching Fung Dao Shr, Max Christensen.
Rachael's early years were blessed by living in the solitude of rural Southern California. Rather than attending school, she had the opportunity to discover the voice and rhythms of nature through nearly uninterrupted immersion. Her time spent in trees and wandering the creek beds was a far higher education than some may imagine. While attending college at New York University, Rachael became deeply committed to her spiritual awakening, being initiated onto her path through a series powerful dreams and ego-shattering experiences. During this time she delved into the art of sound healing by playing weekly concerts with the Himalayan Voices at Alex Grey's Chapel of Sacred Mirrors (COSM). She has been performing since 2005, and has played at the New York City Museum of Water, the Celebration of Oneness in Los Angeles, and at various yoga studios and hot springs around the country.
Rachael currently has a private healing practice in Leucadia, CA, and holds weekly KUNLUN classes in the San Diego area at www.meetup.com/kunlunSD/.

Kenneth Johnson never believed. When his son, Kendrick, was found with his body headfirst in a rolled-up gym mat at Lowndes County High School in south Georgia, authorities offered their take on what happened: The 17-year-old had been reaching for his sneaker when he got caught up in it, then suffocated to death. In other words, it was all a tragic accident.
Tonight: NBPP National Chairman Hashim Nzinga and Black Lawyers for Justice Malik Zulu Shabazz speak on the case, we will talk to the attorney of the parents... and talk on the upcoming press conference and efforts to secure justice for Kendrick Johnson
Tonight will be dedicated to the Kendrick Johnson...just in case your not sure who that is...LETS RECAP:
1st Report: 17 year old, three sport athlete, Kendrick Johnson was discovered dead in the gym of Lowndes Country High School in January rolled up in a gym mat. As with any case, the body was inspected by the State medical examiner and determined the teen died of suffocation. According to investigators, Johnson got stuck in the rolled up gym mat while trying to retrieve a sneaker.
2nd Report: Once the body was retrieved for the second examination, it was discovered the body and skull had been stuffed with old newspaper to keep shape for burial. HIS ORGANS INCLUDING HIS BRAIN WERE GONE...BUT WASNT THIS SUPPOSE TO BE A SUICIDE??!!
Who had custody of Kendrick Johnson after his death! Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which conducted the first autopsy in January; and Harrington Funeral Home in Valdosta, which handled the teen's embalming and burial.
The Ageda will tackle this story and new findings in the case!! Got something to add call on in and let us hear from you!!
