Alison is a Clairvoyant Medium of international fame whose extraordinary abilities bring comfort and guidance to her many clients worldwide. Her first book, ‘The Quirky Medium’ has recently been published and is receiving excellent reviews globally. In the book, Alison shares the astonishing story of her life as a Medium and co-host on the popular reality TV Show Rescue Mediums with candour and humour. Rescue Mediums airs periodically on OWN in Canada, CBS Reality and Virgin in the UK, as well as other countries around the world.
Alison has been practicing Reiki for the past 12 years and as a Reiki Master she attunes others so they can become Reiki practitioners themselves. She is an Angel Tutor and holds regular Angel Workshops which help others to open their hearts to the love of the Celestial Realms. She teaches Spiritual Life coaching and development in a private capacity helping her clients to release old patterns in their personal lives.
Alison writes a regular monthly column for Prediction Magazine and has appeared in magazines such as The Magical Times and Women’s Own whilst also hosting and guesting on several radio programmes and blogs. Her work has often been featured in the national press.

Alice Grist - Victoria Day Special
Alice Grist is the author of three books. Her first book was The High Heeled Guide to Enlightenment, which saw Alice explore alternative spirituality from her modern day, fun loving perspective. Tonight Bonnie Kaye welcomes author Duncan Whitehead, author of The Gordonston Ladies Dog Walking Club. Duncan was born in England in 1967. After a successful career in the Royal Navy where he served in British Embassies throughout South America and saw service in the Gulf War he joined the world of super yachts as a Purser onboard some of the world's largest private vessels, working for many high profile individuals, being fortunate enough to visit some of the world's most luxurious and exotic places. Eventually retiring to Savannah, Georgia, he began to partake of his greatest passion, writing. Initially writing short stories he finally put pen to paper and wrote THE GORDONSTON LADIES WALKING CLUB, inspired by the quirky characters and eeriness of his new environment. The book, a thriller, which boasts an assortment of characters and plot twists, is set in the leafy neighborhood where he lived. His passion for comedy saw submissions to many online satire news sites and a stint performing as a stand-up comedian. In 2011 Duncan returned to South America, spending six months in Brazil and a few months in Paraguay before travelling to the Middle-East and Europe before returning to the United States to settle in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and lists his hobbies and passions as cooking, the Israeli self defense art of Krav Maga and the pressure point martial art Dim- Mak. Duncan has written over 2,000 spoof and comedy news articles, under various aliases, for an assortment of web sites both in the US and UK. He has penned a further novel; a comedy set in Manhattan, THE RELUCTANT JESUS, which is set to be published early 2013 and is working on the script for a potential sit-com. Duncan has one daughter, Keira, and lives alone.

Tips for Marketing an Audio Book from Adele Park
In this edition of Book Marketing in Five, Adele Park shares her Best Seller Gems on using the Internet to market audio books.
Adele Park is an indie writer, director, producer, and voice-over artist. She owns and operates an indie recording studio in Utah.
According to Adele: For many years now, I believe the universe has been calling with a one-word message: Yes! I'm glad I was mentally available when the Communique was delivered because it changed my life. Prior to the wake-up call, I was surrendering the fate of my work as a writer and audio book producer to the whimsical tastes of industry executives. Since then, I have struck out on my own and now operate a company which has been more successful than I imagined an “indie” studio could ever be.
Adele's latest project is called Yikes! Another Quirky Audio Book. A cast of 11 actors tell the story in funny, first-person narratives. Her first project, Jitters-A Quirky Little Audio Book, received a 2011 Audie from the Audio Publishers Association in the multi-voiced category. Finalists in this category included The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, Room by Emma Donoghue and The Shadow Effect by Deepak Chopra. All of these projects were produced by major studios like Hachette Audio, Harper Audio and L.A. Theatre Works which says Adele: “made the win by my indie studio, Straight to Audio Productions, a surprise to those in the audiobook industry.” Late Night Funnyman Jimmy Fallon also honored Jitters with a spot on his Do Not Read List.
