Empowering Human Potential with Spirituality
What do we know of the potential of a human being? What about the potential of God? Or Supreme Power? Or whatever name that you want to give irrespective of your religious affiliation?
We must come to know ourselves - not only our physical selves, but our spiritual selves.
Parents who expect more from their children usually condition them to expect more from themselves. The belief in self is something which holds tremendous impact and can have great bearing on a child's future.
We should develop physically and spiritually. We should relate to the physical world with our physical self, but at the same time, our spiritual self should be growing in awareness of the spirit world. Yet we oftentimes become so caught up in dealing only with the physical world, we lose sight that our ultimate destination is the spirit world.

Realizing the Challenges of Spiritual Leadership
Radio Talk, December 13, 2014 @ 8 pm CST
Spiritual leadership involves intrinsically motivating and inspiring your teams through hope/faith in a vision of service to key stakeholders and a corporate culture based on the values of altruistic love to produce a highly motivated, committed and productive workforce.
Today many individuals are struggling with what their spirituality means for their work since this is where they spend vast majority of their waking hours. The office is now where more and more people eat, exercise, date, drop their kids, and even nap.
Because of this, a major change is taking place in the personal and professional lives of leaders as many of them more deeply integrate their spirituality and their work.
There is an old saying that you can’t lead others if you can’t lead yourself. It is therefore difficult, if not impossible, to implement organizational spiritual leadership without strong personal spiritual leadership.

Are you, like so many of us, finally ready to release yourself from the shackles of old, outdated paradigms created from an incomplete understanding of how our material reality is created? And, instead, start creating a life much more aligned with your greatest desires?
On this episode of “Magnificent Time,” quantum physics expert and bestselling author Greg Kuhn will explain how it’s now possible, thanks to quantum physics, to jettison our ineffective, outdated reasons for doing things the way we do them. These old paradigms, not much different from the ones used by our Neanderthal ancestors, have kept most of us from realizing our greatest desires.
Bestselling author Greg Kuhn is a professional educator and a futurist, specializing in framing new paradigms for 21st Century living. Greg has been given the nickname “The Law of Attraction Science Guy.” Connect with him at whyquantumphysicists.com

Leadership is a privilege and a responsibility that demands a good deal from those who practice it, whether formally or informally. High on that list of demands is the need to be ethical, both in personal life and in leadership. Because leaders are role models whether they choose to be or not, they set the tone for the ethical stance of their individual followers, of the organization or group they lead, and, to some extent, of the larger community.
Ethical behavior, in its simplest terms, is knowing and doing what is right.

Language of Trust
Radio Talk, November 29, 2014 @ 8pm CST
"To be persuasive we must be believable.
To be believable we must be credible.
To be credible we must be Truthful." ~ Edward R. Murrow
At this time of economic upheaval and political transition, TRUST is an issue that's front and center more than ever.
Fragile TRUST is a hidden variable – lurking beneath the surface as it slows down processes and drives up costs.
Why does this occur? A primary reason is that most people still regard trust as just a nice to have social virtue and don't yet understand trust as an issue they can do something about explicitly, deliberately, and quantitatively.
Disengaged employees are enormously expensive. Engagement flows out of TRUST, and TRUST flows out of engagement. They are mutually reinforcing.
Engaging people's heads, hearts, and hopes is all about relationships of mutual purpose, mutual respect, and mutual TRUST.
Many religious people assume that they are on a path of spiritual growth simply because they attend services. But is spirituality more than just attending services? In this episode I will explore the simularities, differences, and the relationships between religion and spirituality. How can you tell if you are in a religious insitution which encourages spiritual growth, or one that works against it. Although there are differences between religion and spirituality, the two are not mutually exclusive. Incidental music by Sun Palace and Capital Sons. The global business world is evolving at a break-neck pace, creating an environment in which outdated norms and practices are routinely challenged and set aside. One compelling benefit of this evolution has been the creation of more open and welcoming workplaces – in which people from all walks of life can be true to themselves while at work. At the same time, spirituality is one topic that all too often remains taboo while on the job. In this episode of their popular radio show, Daniel and Johnnie lead a frank, engaging discussion on why your spirituality can and should be a visible component of everything you do in life – including going to work.
Jennifer Ouellette talks with Caltech physicist Spyridon (Spiros) Michalakis about quantum computing and quantum information.

Here we will discuss specific examples of Spiritual growth along with disciplines through which Spiritual growth can be attained. In Spirituality (as in anything) discipline and openness to change are key factors to growth. How can we use these keys to our benefit? We must first be willing to listen to other people so as to hear the truth in what they have to say, then be prepared to listen deeply to Divine Spirit and sacrifice our previously held assumptions. The Truth will set us free, but first we must be willing to hear it! My guest will be Rev. Elizabeth Thornley. Join us at our new time of 7:00 PM (CST) on Wednesdays.

Authentic leadership is a product of honesty.
Authentic leadership is also a product of clarity.
We become what we want to be by being what we want to become.
Becoming an authentic leader requires day-to-day focus and lifelong commitment to self-discovery.
Authenticity = Trust
Authentic leadership is all about trust.
Can our people trust us to tell them the truth?
Can our people trust us to stake out a path that is for the best good of everyone, not just us?
Can our people trust us to accept feedback and even criticism without getting defensive or, worse, engaging in retribution?
Can they trust us to give them the resources they need to do the work we demand?
It was Mahatma Gandhi who said, "The moment there is a suspicion about a person's motives, everything he does becomes tainted."

How Leaders Can Transform for Change
Radio Talk, December 06, 2014 @ 8pm CST
When we fall short of making permanent lifestyle modifications, we take comfort in the belief that, if we really wanted to change, we could alter our behaviors.
Contrary to what we have been historically taught, I believe we have the power to control our experience of life, we don’t have to prove we are worthy to have the right to life, and we are not naturally immoral.
When asked what keeps them up at night, CEOs involved in transformation often say they are concerned about how the work force will react, how they can get their team to work together, and how they will be able to lead their people.
Leadership teams that fail to plan for the human side of change often find themselves wondering why and where their best-laid out plans have gone fruitless.
