    At this time of economic upheaval and political transition, TRUST is an issue that's front and center more than ever.


    Fragile TRUST is a hidden variable – lurking beneath the surface as it slows down processes and drives up costs.


    Why does this occur? A primary reason is that most people still regard trust as just a nice to have social virtue and don't yet understand trust as an issue they can do something about explicitly, deliberately, and quantitatively.


    Disengaged employees are enormously expensive. Engagement flows out of TRUST, and TRUST flows out of engagement. They are mutually reinforcing.


    Engaging people's heads, hearts, and hopes is all about relationships of mutual purpose, mutual respect, and mutual TRUST.

    Manifestation is not accomplished by spending hours in deep meditation, but occurs as a result of retraining our everyday thought processes. The manifested results are not wishful thinking, but scientific fact.

    Can our people trust us to accept feedback and even criticism without getting defensive or, worse, engaging in retribution?


    Can they trust us to give them the resources they need to do the work we demand?


     


    It was Mahatma Gandhi who said, "The moment there is a suspicion about a person's motives, everything he does becomes tainted."

    The key to manifesting anything is to understand the environment in which we are trying to manifest what we desire. We need to remember, energy flows in the path of least resistance and sometimes, some environments allow no path of least resistance and we may have to create one.
