In this episode, we previewed the upcoming match for Fulham against QPR at Craven Cottage. We also played an interview done earlier this week with Fulham right back Sascha Riether. Finally, during the show we had an interview with Dean Jones, who is a football writer for The People. Please take a listen.
In this episode we first looked back at the 2-1 victory for Fulham against Newcastle. In the second half of the show, we previewed the upcoming derby against QPR.
We were also joined during the show by Simon Peach who covers Fulham for the Press Association. Please take a listen.
Alright, losing 3-0 to Arsenal is fine. Doing the same to Chelsea? Acceptable. A 2-0 loss that was competitive for 82 minutes to Manchester City was even, dare we say it, encouraging. But 3-0 to Everton? A team that had allowed more goals than any other in the Premier League? Well, that's just infuriating.
And it doesn't help that Aston Villa played terribly to boot.
Jack and Robert are back to dissect yet another loss. Four in a row in a stretch that we knew was capable of producing exactly that kind of run. And in fact, that's the only thing keeping most Villa fans sane right now. Lose 3-0 to QPR on Monday, though, and you can bet we all lose that tenuous grasp.
Jack and Robert are back, one week older and one point to the better. But we all know it should have been three points.
On this week's Holtecast, we break down Aston Villa's performances against Manchester United over the weekend and Queens Park Rangers on Saturday. One was expected, the other wasn't good enough. There are sure to be calls for heads to roll and things that we'll regret saying later, but what is a podcast for if not snap judgments?
Then we turn our focus to the future. Can Villa get anything out of a tough trip to White Hart Lane against Tottenham Hotspur. Probably not! But we see if we can find something that might work for Tactics Tim.
Russ and Kyle break down the Odense 2-0 victory on Thursday. They will then preview the upcoming QPR Match with special guest Jacob Murtagh who is a reporter for Trinity Mirror covering QPR and Fulham. He will be joining the guys to discuss this Derby on Sunday. Please do listen live and feel free to give them a call.
On LOVpod Episode 30, Chris is joined by tech wiz Rob and the man behind Talk Trotters, Alastair, who comes in for his second appearance on the show. This weeks pod is very Southern centric, which means we actually had real life witnesses to Saturday's defeat.
The boys drill down into Bolton Wanderers' 4-3 defeat at Queens Park Rangers, directing Neil Lennon's team selection as Darren Pratley and Dorian Dervite both returned to injury. Francesco Pisano's half time departure, Ben Amos' dip in form and the pair of Gary Madine and Liam Feeney actually, against all the odds, finding some form in front of goal. Oh, and the fact we lost to a last minute goal.
That's all before discussing the Whites rumoured transfer targets, including Adam Hamill, Michael Tonge and Shola Ameobi, another possible takeover bid and the state of ticket prices in the English game, as Rob describes his experience as he tried to support the Twenty's Plenty campaign ran by the FSF.
Proceedings are brought to a close with a game of Guess Who and a discussion on possible changes ahead of next week's visit to Burnley.

Despite a very boring international break, the lads still power through to bring you over an hour of Bolton Wanderers chat. This week Chris is joined by tech wiz Rob and a duo of Liams, LOVpod regular Liam O'Meara and debutant Liam Hatton, founder of fellow Wanderers site Trotters Blog.
Despite some initial recording difficulties - we'll blame the software, rather than the supposed tech wiz - the boys preview Saturday's fixture at Burnley, then take a look back at the latest striker transfer updates as the search for a new one continues. Neil Lennon's comments following the QPR match, which have landed him in hot water with The FA, were also on the agenda.
With a lack of anything else to discuss, a special feature was introduced this week, as the cast run through their all-time Bolton XI, before rounding off events with a game of Guess Who and this week's Twitter question.

In Episode 29 of the #LOVpod, Chris is joined by latest debutant Matt, for the second week in a row Liam and stand in tech wiz Rob, for another fine episode of the best Bolton Wanderers podcast around.
In this week's show they discussed the Whites' dramatic 2-2 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion in great depth, including Gary Madine, Max Clayton, David Wheater, Francesco Pisano and Neil Danns.
Next up the lads looked forward to Saturday's trip to Loftus Road to face Queens Park Rangers, which touches on a planned national protest against the price of away tickets.
In the third section the boys take a closer look at the ongoing striker saga at Wanderers, with the likes of Yann Kermogant and Igor Vetokele continuing to be linked to the Macron Stadium.
All that before rounding proceedings off with a double dose of Guess Who and examining your views in this week's Twitter Question.

After a successful Pilot Episode that received plenty of positive feedback, we're delighted to bring you Episode 1 of Talking Trotters. A weekly bulletin, full of news, opinion, and razor sharp whit.
In today's opener we cover the Middlesbrough game with special guest Joe Nicholson, and then we find comfort in each other's arms after the turgid affair that was the MK Dons game.
We've also got a round up on the U21s with our very own Tom Molloy, an explanation of why the Tim Ream transfer to Fulham took so long and the introduction of 'Abuse the News'.
We also welcome Francesco Pisano, once of Cagliari, and Wellington Silva, still of Arsenal, to Bolton Wanderers, and get everyone pumped for the Forest game with a rousing speech.
There's all that and plenty more in this week's Talking Trotters, and I hope you enjoy.
Talking Trotters will be available from all the same avenues as the #LOVpod. If you are already a subscriber to the #LOVpod, it should just appear in your feed.
If you're not a subscriber, than why?!
