President Obama announced a new directive on Friday, January 17th, 2014 where he outlined "changes" to the NSA's bulk metadata collection program authorized under section 215 of the Patriot Act. While the mainstream media would have you believe that Obama ended the program, the massive dragnet will continue business as usual.
This week, Dr. Elvira will speak with Elise Yousoufian, the Communications Officer for the Grant Management Solutions Project. They will discuss the importance of communications in global health and how it can be instrumental in the success of any project. They will also touch upon how to write an effective report and the common mistakes people make when putting together a proposal.
Ms. Yousoufian brings over twenty years of experience in project management, proposal development, and editing and writing. International public health is a new arena for her. Before her current position, Ms. Yousoufian consulted with leading international development firms in the DC area on proposal development; oversaw litigation support teams; wrote, edited and produced proposals and contracts for the sale of Airbus aircraft; and wrote feature articles for The New York Times.
David L. Levy (b. 1936) is a children's rights activist, per the National Partnership for Community Leadership (NPCL) in presenting Levy with the 2011 Charles Ballard Advocacy Award at NPCL's conference in Washington, D.C. In 1985, Levy co-founded The Children's Rights Council in 1992. Levy has authored four books, all on different topics, fiction and non-fiction. Levy is co-director of the Children's Rights Fund for Maryland, an organization advocating joint custody (shared parenting) for children of separation, divorce, and never-married parents. The Fund also provides low cost attorneys for parents in need affected by custody and access (visitation) issues. Levy was appointed by MD Governor Martin O'Malley to the Child Custody Decision-Making Commission in the Fall of 2013. The Commission has held hearings around the state, and is now working on legislative proposals to be presented to the 2015 Maryland legislature. Levy also provides supervised visitations in the Washington, D.C. area and consults on custody related topics in the U.S. and abroad. He also provides job shadowing to help prepare young people for careers and jobs.
Levy attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree, and University of Florida Law School from which he received his juris doctorate. Levy directed the Board of Trustees to strengthen families and reduce the trauma of divorce to children through supporting legislation and programs which favor Shared Parenting (joint custody) mediation, liberal access/parenting time, and emotional and financial child support. Levy states that there are millions of parents who want to be involved (in their children's lives), but the road is blocked. A noted author, Mr. Levy has written a myriad of articles on the subject of child custody and divorce mediation which have been published in prominent legal journals as well as noted in general interest publications.
MISSION 20: MIP PERU MICRO PROJECTS.
MICRO PROJECTS FUNDING PROPOSALS :
Our Mission Statement for Tarapoto, Disrict of San Martin, Peru.
Our Mission here in Peru came from within each of us as a grand collective consciousness to do three main tasks. 1) Meet our ancient ancestors 2) Learn the culture and diversity in Nature to become familiar with its outstanding Natural Beauty and 3) Devise a plan to create a new system of the future that will allow the old corrupt system to simply go away.
4 Months ago a group of people assembled here in Peru on a mission to clean the Jungle and it’s rivers and show the people new friendly technologies and ancient technologies and it just makes great sense that Peru was the chosen place from within.
We have managed to currently fund the Acquisition of most of the new technology items that will be apart of the New Dome Operational Technology as listed below. The reason for doing this is the fact that Villagers will need at least 6 months intuitive sessions to understand what is landing on their doorstep and it is wise to assume the education needs of these beautiful people, when it comes to new technologies such as the QEG and the 3D Printer and The Light Mandala.
Currently you can pick one microproject and help fund that project like the demonstration Aquaponics system here in El Achual, Tarapoto or the Bio-Gas project that is not yet being funded or the radio station.
This will be a precursor to The Crowd-funding for the New Dome Center once we have completed all Micro projects below and taught the children and villagers how to use the new technologies and new health medicines on route to their villages.

The Broadcast today on blogtalkradio.com /don-durant will focus on the Putin War. The U.S. is having great difficulty finding willing partners among the Europeans during this crisis in Ukraine. Putin has so muddied the water with Snowden revelations that the European nations are keepiong hands off the proposals of President Obama. Snowden has made it known that we spied on them and listened in on much of their private communication, and Putin has enhanced his standing by being that provider of necessities in resources.

THE HAMAS CHARTER:
Part II - Objectives
Article Nine: Motives and Objectives
Hamas finds itself at a period of time when Islam has waned away from the reality of life. For this reason, the checks and balances have been upset, concepts have become confused, and values have been transformed; evil has prevailed, oppression and obscurity have reigned; cowards have turned tigers, homelands have been usurped, people have been uprooted and are wandering all over the globe. The state of truth has disappeared and was replaced by the state of evil. Nothing has remained in its right place, for when Islam is removed from the scene, everything changes. These are the motives. As to the objectives: discarding the evil, crushing it and defeating it, so that truth may prevail, homelands revert [to their owners], calls for prayer be heard from their mosques, announcing the reinstitution of the Muslim state. Thus, people and things will revert to their true place.
Article Thirteen: Peaceful Solutions, [Peace] Initiatives and International Conferences
There is no solution to the Palestinian problem except by Jihad. The initiatives, proposals and International Conferences are but a waste of time, an exercise in futility. The Palestinian people are too noble to have their future, their right and their destiny submitted to a vain game.
"Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it." (Preamble)
Islam, delenda est
