Theresa is a writer, producer and actress based in Los Angeles, California. She is a proud alumni of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts West as well as The Coronet Theatre’s Playwright’s Kitchen Ensemble. She has worked as an actress in both New York and Los Angeles and along the way fell in love with writing.
Theresa wrote, starred in and produced the original comedies, The Bitches Brew at The Lillian Theatre (with Miranda Bailey, Jennifer Plante, and Naomi Odes Aytur), Phrases Of Validation In Hollywood at The Red Room NYC, and the critically acclaimed modern farce, Feeding The Monkey In Hollywood at Gardner Stages (LA’s Top Ten Best Play in LA) . Her scripts have been hailed as , “..rapid fire Lucy Ricardo routines interpreted by Cheech and Chong”-Backstage West, “..acerbically golden “-Entertainment Weekly and “…guaranteed to leave you howling” -Los Angeles Times Magazine.
Theresa is currently developing two episodic filmed comedies, HONEY AND CLOVER and DIRTY LAUNDRY with comedian Jackie Monahan (Showtime, Chelsea Handler, Sundance 2014′s Official Selection The Foxy Merkins.)

This Memorial Day we are honoring three special members of our cultural community who made their transition from this physical life and have joined the ancestors. Though they were Chicagoans, they were connected to the global community in vision and in spirit. Rasheed Akbar, Producer, Nahgeree Sutton-Silas, Dancer, and Sam Greenlee, writer, are three memorable personalities whose spirits embodied the higher consciousness of cultural awareness of ones own history and a commitment to the uplift meant of humanity through the arts. Can a conscious artist be the catalyst for a social revolution? Three socialactivists examine the impact of the arts on the raising of social consciousness.

His prolific writing earned him 2 nominations and a subsequent win, for Songwriter of the Year, at the 2013 International Music and Entertainment Association (IMEA) Awards, and 2 New Music Awards nominations (AC New Artist and AC Breakthrough Artist.) His experience has taken him through various phases and musical endeavors including a stint during his younger years working in entertainment public relations in Los Angeles. With some success on college radio, Jones was also, as a member of a band called “Q”, involved with soundtrack projects on select MTV shows such as The Dennis Rodman Show, Cindy Crawford’s “House of Style”, and the reality show Road Rules. His band was also used in the AON Films movie “Tainted Love”, directed by Mathew Ross. All these successes were accomplished while under the professional direction of industry representatives like N.O. Management based in London, England as well as Magic Music Management and Peter Baron Productions in New York.

He directed Buster Keaton, Emmet Kelly,Robert Stack, Linda Evans, Phil Silvers, Jan Clayton, Jean Lockhart, Pops Fiedler,Lorne Greene, Arnold Palmer, Imogene Coco, Bela Lugosi, Andy Griffith, Don Knotts and Albert Brooks. He gained notoriety in the world of TV advertising in the late 50s by "his humanizing the commercial." - creating the so-called, "Kodak Moment."

Growing up in the small town of Huntsville, Texas never stopped Kizzo from having big dreams. Those dreams began in high school where he performed in the choir, studied theater arts and was a member of his first group called "Royalty".
After high school, Charles attended the Art Institute of Houston obtaining a degree in Music/Video Business. Initially it was a choice made to develop as a producer, but Kizzo found a deeper interest in songwriting as well as music business.
Currently collaborating with independent label Seven Figure Entertainment, Kizzo has created an impressive catalog of material. As he continues to grow as a song writer, artist, producer & executive producer, so does his musical accomplishments.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Cory attended the Philadelphia HighSchool for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA), enrolling in the school’s first year hen it was a fledgling program, where he majored in Creative Writing and minored in Videodrama, becoming an award-winning director of video projects. In addition, he was a founder, writer, and cartoonist for CAPA’s newspaper THE PAINTED WORD, for which he eventually became editor-in-chief. Listed in WHO’S WHO AMONG AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS and commended by the National Honors Society, he graduated with CAPA’s second graduating class in 1981.
Attending STANFORD UNIVERSITY in Stanford, California, where he majored in Drama and minored in Dance, Cory performed in an average of five to six major productions per year. He taught art to autistic, learning-disabled, and educable mentally retarded children at the Peninsula Children’s Center in Menlo Park, California, was active in the Stanford University Rape Awareness Program, occasionally wrote for THE STANFORD DAILY, and toured for two years with the BALLET FOLKLORICO DE STANFORD MEXICAN FOLKDANCE COMPANY.
Cory has performed in dance productions, touring shows, and Off-Broadway productions of ANTIGONE, THE TRIAL OF SUSAN B. ANTHONY, WE HAVE STORIES TO TELL OF AFRICA, FRATERNITY, NOTES ON 6FINITY, THE AMEN CORNER, and A FEW HOURS IN HELL, making his West Coast theatrical debut as the Duke of Cornwall in KING LEAR with the Pasadena Shakespeare Company in Pasadena, California, following that up as a member of the ensemble cast of the Fountain Theatre/BAND critically-acclaimed production of Rita Dove’s THE DARKER FACE OF THE EARTH, then continuing on to the West Coast premiere of the VoxBox Arts Collective original production of JIGSAW.
