Today, HEADLINES! Join Letitia, Thomas, and Melissa as we trod out the pro-life stories you need to know, from the evolution of Obamacare revelations to what is happening with the St. Louis Planned Parenthood.
Plus, yet another story of courageous parents who are taking on the pro-death mentality by the horns. Sheryl Crosier, author of I Am Not a Syndrome - My Name Is Simon, talks about her son Simon who was born with Trisomy 18. We will be asking her to share the emotional details of her pregnancy and birth experience with a child that many in the medical community looked on as damaged and therefore disposable.
As always, our call lines are open to your calls.
Today, we discuss how Congressman Alan Grayson (D-FL) is attempting to send America back 75 years with his burning crosses and KKK talk against the Tea Party. We will examine how his party of death is still the party of death.
Plus, we will talk about the little-mentioned ways that liberal and 'green' policies are anti-life. That's right, Big Wind, big Solar, and Big Health Care will rob you of more than a little cash up front.
Our esteemed guest today is Charlotte Bergmann, candidate for Congress (TN). Join us as we talk about her views on pro-life policies and how to best address the life needs of the born and the almost born in America.
I'm going to open up a preview to this subject of economic empowerment in the black community. Following the preview I will be interviewing business owners, community based organization directors and Church leaders. We are priming the pump getting ready for the documntary entitled, " Black Dollar: Economic Empowerment In The Black Community"
Do you want to see how abortion-supporting politicians contradict themselves over their claims to want to "help people?" Today, we are going to take a close look at Terry McCauliff's latest statements as he runs for governor of Virginia.
Plus, what is an abortionist? You'll be surprised at the answer.
What does the environment have to do with being pro-life? Is concern over global climate change really pro-life? We will analyze the heart of the green movement as it relates to issues of life as we speak with Dr. E. Calvin Beisner from the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation. From the website: The Cornwall Alliance is a coalition of clergy, theologians, religious leaders, scientists, academics, and policy experts committed to bringing a balanced Biblical view of stewardship to the critical issues of environment and development. The Cornwall Alliance fully supports the principles espoused in the Cornwall Declaration on Environmental Stewardship, and is seeking to promote those principles in the discussion of various public policy issues including population and poverty, food, energy, water, endangered species, habitat, and other related topics.

The pro-life silent sieges with people covering their mouths with red tape with the word "LIFE" written on them have become somewhat famous in the last few years. Matt Lockett, Executive Director of the Justice House of Prayer, which organizes many of these silent sieges, is our guest to describe and tell us the story about how this particular activity came about and also about Bound4Life. Bound4Life is has many chapters throughout the US, organizing pro-life silent sieges in front of many public places.
Plus, we will have special guest, Amina Sundberg, who is a post-abortive mother on to tell us her story. Please join us online or on-air as she tells us her journey through abortion and healing.
The federal government may be in the middle of a shut down, but wait until you hear about all the government operations that are still fully funded and have nothing to do with "essential" functions of the government.
Plus we welcome two great guests who have breaking news about medical emergencies happening in abortion clinics both in beleaguered Detroit and St. Louis.
Lynn Mills from Pro-Life Detroit shares with us the circumstances surrounding abortionist Reginald Sharpe, who is operating the Summit Medical Center. Lynn has discovered that this clinic is unlicensed, and two women this year have had medical emergencies in 2013 alone, the last one just days ago.
Mary Maschmeier from Defenders of the Unborn also shares about the latest in a string of medical emergencies at the Planned Parenthood clinic near downtown St. Louis. Mary has filed a FOIA request to obtain the 911 records but has been denied by the City of St. Louis. She will be with us to talk about the developments of this incident since it happened.
Please join us online or on-air as PLFR brings you breaking stories that will change the way the public sees the abortion industry here in America.
Its Wedding Wednesday, congratulations to all of you newly engaged brides! We took a break this summer from the show and we want to see if the predictions from last year's panel of pros were accurate for this year's wedding season. So many innovative styles for attire, photography, planning, catering, venues for 2013 and we want to bring it all to you. We've called a few of our favorite vendors and pros to tell us what they see for 2014 and beyond. If you are planning a 2014 wedding or beyond, you don't want to miss this show. Fall and winter 2013 brides, listen in too - you may hear something that you want to add (or delete!) from your upcoming wedding. Either way, you know we'll have fun and want you to join us. Get a cool beverage, paper and pen and hang out with us. Wedding Wednesday and Black Bag, the perfect pair!
As the Unaffordable Lack-of-Care and Patient Victimization Act goes into effect (at least on paper), the news keeps mounting on how it negatively impacts working Americans everywhere, and the news is worse than it sounds. Will everybody be funding their own early deaths and the deaths of others? Will working Americans be forced to pay for someone else's abortion? Is this the road to standing before a death panel to justify your continued existence? Join us as we explore how this fundamental change in American health care will affect this and future generations to come.
Plus, the Senate is poised to fund Obamacare, and one lone Senator from Texas is opposing all funding for it. Senators play with your future and your health and your paychecks.
We also welcome Lonnie Poindexter from the Center for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE). CURE is the organization started by Star Parker to provide economic and social solutions to poverty in America's black communities.
From the website: "Regarding abortion, the liberal agenda is really about two things. One, an alleged right to sexual promiscuity and two, an alleged right to have others bear social and financial responsibility for that promiscuity."
Today, are pro-life issues merely social issues that don't need to be talked about in the public square? While our Executive and Legislative branches of government try to push us toward starting yet another military conflict (cough.war.cough) in the Middle East, the world is abuzz with something that even the staunchest of jellyfish-spined conservatives say should not be made a topic of public discussion--pro-life. Yes, war is a pro-life issue, and you haven't heard perspective until you have heard it on PLFR.
Also, we have Ashley Harrell from Black People Against Abortion on the show today. This new group, which was formed from a consientious church, focuses directly on the alarming rate at which black children are being aborted in America.

Population control has always been the hallmark of the Progressive global strategy. Eugenics, abortion, and selective "breeding" of human beings have been dressed up to look attractive to those with the power to implement measures for these ends in practically every civilized society on earth. Academics, politicians, and not a few progressive activists have worked to convince people of the benefits of a reduced human population on earth.
So, why would today's news about Russia's Day of Conception stick out so prominently like a sore thumb in today's headlines? Well, not really, but among those who are paying attention to the forces behind global strategies like population control, this is kind of a "big deal." Join us as we talk about Russia's steeply declining birth rate, its ramifications, and the government's efforts to put it in reverse.
Plus, we welcome Audrey Werner to the show. Audrey, who is a registered nurse, is the president and founder of The Matthew XVIII Group and is a speaker and educator on one of the strategies the Progressive agenda is employing to ensure population and cultural demise in American society. And the Church in America is not immune.
From the website: "Because of the misinformation in the church, medicine, and in the ministry, it was time to find the truth: What is the origin of sex education? With God’s love and help, [my husband] Joe and I have taken the lessons learned and have separated the truth from the lies on human love. Matthew XVIII is a ministry we began in 2000, to assist parents in discerning between the beauty of God’s truths of the life process, from deadly lies."
