Host, Allison R. Brown, is a civil rights attorney and President of Allison Brown Consulting (ABC), which creates education equity plans for schools and helps non-profit organizations to promote equity in education.

SylindaD mentors, speaks to and motivates young people on a continuous basis. She has attended area schools as a guest speaker, spoken at several youth conferences and served as the youngest female on the panelist of A Praying Woman Conference, Woman You Tone The Home, Women Setting The Tone, The Virtuous Woman Conference, Creekside High School Junior Female Class, North Clayton Middle School and much more.
She has made an impact on the lives of many young people who have wanted to commit suicide, murder, use drugs, engage in pre marital sex, etc. Her objective is to be used through encouraging, imparting and empowering the next generation.
SylindaD wants to make a difference and wants the youth to know that they can be anything in life that they want to be if they set their mind to it. She believes that this is a time of healing, but your mind must first be renewed. She teaches young ladies about integrity, self love and the value of not compromising. In her own words "My prayer is to be a blessing to people, young and old all over the world as I am allowed to speak into their lives. I do not want the young people to remember me by having the biggest house, nicest car, name brand shoes, clothes or how much money I may have acquired in life.” I want them to say “Ms.Sylinda made a difference in my life and helped me to realize that I am somebody and I can use my gifts to make a difference as I succeed in life.” -SylindaD
