The show streams live from 8:00 - 9:00 PM Eastern time. A podcast will be available shortly after the end of the show.

The irrelevancy of the Obama presidency

    in Politics Conservative

Our country is leaderless. Voters realized this in November and voted for change in Congress. Voters want Congress to reverse the leaderless Obama administration with strategies to prevent the continued decline of the United States that Obama is helpless to address.

The utter failure of the Obama administration can be measures in so many ways, from the number of beheaded American journalists, to embarrassing heads of state by spying on German Chancellor Angela Merkle’s personal mobile phone, to callously calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a war hero, “chicken shit” and a “coward.”

Meanwhile, talk show host Glenn Beck and his radio sidekicks - all ardent Cruz fans and supporters -- mocked and slammed "birthers", those who question Cruz' Constitutional qualifications under Articel 2 Section 1 - the natural born citizen clause. "Get over it," Beck admonished.

During the Obama presidency, America has been moving in the wrong direction.

    in Politics Conservative

During the nearly five and a half years of the Obama presidency, America has been moving in the wrong direction. The U.S. economy continues to struggle through the longest and slowest recovery from recession since World War II. From Benghazi to Ukraine, U.S. foreign policy has collapsed. U.S. world leadership has receded to a low not seen since the 1930s. Have we hit bottom yet?
Despite the appalling state of affairs, we might be optimistic about the future if it wasn’t politics as usual in Washington, D.C. President Obama, and Democrats in Congress continue to campaign on manufactured issues—Republicans’ war on women, income inequality, and global warming—intended to distract Americans from President Obama’s failed leadership. Republicans, on the other hand, continue to play whack-a-mole politics, failing to provide Americans with a specific vision for America’s resurgence, and ineptly investigate Obama administration scandals. 2014 is our last best hope to fire the life-time politicians and replace them with Patriots.

    in Education

Did The Mid-Term Election End Obama's Presidency - and begin a  New Post-Reconstruction Era? Join The Gist of Freedom with host Dr. Ishmael Griffin and Activist Yul Anderson!  www.BlackHistoryBlog.com www.blackHistoryUniversity.com

“Death at the polls, and free from federal interference” an era which depicted the violence that characterized elections in the post-Reconstruction South.  Watch eductional history rap video!

The Battle of Liberty Place on September 14, 1874 was an attempted insurrection by the Minority, Crescent City White League against the legal Bi-racial Reconstruction Elected  state government in New Orleans. The League, made up of Confederate veterans, fought and won against the racially integrated Metropolitan Police and state militia. They held the state house, armory and downtown for three days until federal troops arrived to restore the black  elected government

The uprising of white Democrats against the biracial Republican administration that ruled Louisiana after the Civil War raged through the downtown streets and ended with 32 dead on both sides. Within few years the whites here, and throughout most of the South, regained power and held it for almost a century.
