During the month of November we are learning all about the building blocks to good health from Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, Penny Muckleroy.
This week we will be talking about the importance of the type of fuel we use to power our bodies. On yesterday’s show Penny shared the importance of a low-glycemic diet when it comes to improving and keeping our Health and Wellness IQ.
Today, Penny is going to offer us some prep and planning tips to create some low glycemic meals at home.
The great thing about the natural community is the ablility for everyone to pitch in and get a motivated person to stage. The bad thing is that not everyone knows exactly how to go about helping. I mean, lets face it, there is still a lot of misinformation still happening. This episode we get the chance to speak with one of the tops in the prep business,John Gorman. He, along with one of our own P4P top personnel will help address the many questions that still plague the natural community as we grow the industry and the physiques that step on the many stages that make up the natural community
Since we were unable to connect with Leif last week, we are gonna make sure his knowledge is not missed
WSJP will be there as the Prep Football Team opens its 2015 Catholic League schedule with a game vs. La Salle from Plymouth-Whitemarsh HS. One of these two teams have won the past seven league titles and this year should prove to be no different. Join the Student Broadcasting Team from St. Joe's Prep for all of the action.
It's November, the time of year for many of us to look multiple Holidays in the face. Planning, cleaning, cooking, shopping, all kinds of events and "must-do" items on the list - how to navigate the next month or so with grace and serenity? Self-care can usually be found at the bottom of the "to do" list, but what happens if we actually put it nearer its rightful place, at the top? Click in to hear a few ways (herbal and otherwise!) to do just that. Perhaps we can consciously have a better season - any season - if we pay a little more attention to what our bodies and spirits truly need.
On this episode we get to chat with the man on a mission of Mayhem....well, good mayhem anyway! This man and his team have been making quite the mark natural community and industry. We will chat with him about many things and also chat about the concerns and misconceptions that have possibly slowed the true and natural growth of the competitors and the industry as a result. Leif and one of our own P4P experts will combine to make this one to listen to for sure!
After a week off we are back for another edition of The Fantasy Six Pack Hour.
This week we start off by discussing how you need to start preparing for your Fantasy playoffs. An immediate way to do this is to make some trades before the trade deadline, which is tomorrow at Noon in standard ESPN leagues. We let you know some of the players you should target and who is good trade bait.
Next I want to talk about the level of play in the NFL recently. Have all these injuries finally caught up to the teams and affected the level of play on the field?
We finish with our Week 11 prep by going through the injuries you need to know about, waiver wire claims you need to make and making our sleeper/bust predictions for the week.
Enjoy and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Today on Tech Preps we will talk about the various paracords and what we can use it for. This little bit of technology has served us well for many years as a must have in anyone’s kit. I have various forms of this in my kit, my vehicle that I carry with me everywhere. I will go over how it is made, the various types, strengths, and uses. We will talk about why you should have this on you, in your pack, on a knife, in your vehicle and the best kind to buy. We will also be announcing a new give-a-way!
