Join us as we discusss this, and other vital issues of the day. I hope your winter is going well! :)

The President speaks to the nation on Tuesday evening. What do you believe he will say? What is it you want to hear from President Obama?

    Let's talk about it.

To get the conversation going, please visit our show blog and look at the entry for today's episode.

Then, plan to be with us next week as we consider the results of the SOTU speech, and especially in light of our visit to "Lester Land", courtesy of Professor Lawrence Lessig's activism.

We hope you will achively and purposely choose to honor the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King this week, as well by finding a local community project, and participating.

    PPTS Thursdays: Behind The Scenes

    in Politics Progressive

Realignment of our renewed in-house distribution, preparation and production staffs has created a singular shift for the PPTS staff. As with any removal from a static location, if only an internet address, there is some tension between and among those affected. We thought we'd offer our listeners a radio view behind the scenes at PPTS. Thursday is "Proof and Prep Day around here.

Join us as we come together for our second team meeting of the week to both prove or deny the facts for the upcoming Sunday broadcast. Then all those thngs proven get thrown into this huge pile, and our Research Team hands them all over to my show's Production Staff. It's wild, and it's fun, and it's necessary. That's how we roll.

    We're on the air!

What are Human Rights? Who Should Have Them? PPTS November 23, 2014

    in Politics Progressive

UNDHR and ECHR will be discussed. Please come with your understandings, agreements and/or disagreements with these concept documents, as a basis for a truly democratic discussion.

I will also pose a question for our President: If the protection/pathway to integration of Immigrants is a good thing for citizenship in our land, why is it not a good thing to hold our corporate citizens to the same standards?
