Political Reaction to the State of the Union: PRESIDENT OBAMA: Mr. Speaker, Mr. Vice President, Members of Congress, fellow citizens: Fifty-one years ago, John F. Kennedy declared to this Chamber that “the Constitution makes us not rivals for power but partners for progress…It is my task,” he said, “to report the State of the Union – to improve it is the task of us all.”

We buy more American cars than we have in five years, and less foreign oil than we have in twenty. In the 2nd Segment "State of Our Union" With the Topic being~"Who Removed God" We look at the question of How And Why has God been so blatently omitted from the anals of Americas Modern day history and the possibly negative impact it's had on our Lives, Liberties and our Country.
In the 3rd Segment "Behind Closed Doors" With the Topic being~"The Definition of My Other Half" We examine what the ideal Man or Woman would or should be to one another, and what it takes to live up to that description or if can actually ever be attained.
TENNESSEE IS VICTORIOUS! In this episode we do fan reactions and talk a lot about that football game from the offense that looked improved but shaky at times, to the play of our quarterback. It's the reaction show to the Vols beating Arkansas State on BOR. Tennessee looked dominate at times but lackluster at others. One thing is for certain, Marquez North came to play some football today. Owen Williams made a name for himself getting to speedy Fredi Knighten twice and hopefully evolves into a solid player going forward. The lawsuit by Paul Earley who was fired is on the special closed session agenda for 9/23/2014. Harold Acord will be a guest and speak in favor of Measure M.

In Segment# 3 Behind Closed Doors: Topic: "She’s JUST my friend..." We look at The Myth of Men and Women not able to be nothing more than friends is a controversial hot bed. But as we do here at On Point... we're going to change the lens and look at it with a slightly different perspective…
We discuss the shelling of Kent State laid on by Ohio State, breaking down everything that went right for the Buckeyes, including the excellent performance by J.T. Barrett, who threw for six touchdowns. We also discuss some of the youth movement as we saw plenty of young talent taking the field in the second half.
