To understand Felixx, one must know that he marches to the beat of his own rhythmic drum. Groomed from an early age to be a southern gentleman, the Monroe, Georgia-native has mastered the art of distinction. An impressive hybrid of sophistication and warmth, Felixx’s disposition parallels his approach to music as well. A classically trained singer with influential energy from Mozart, John Mayer, Calvin Richardson, Prince, Justin Timberlake and Miguel, the R&B crooner is one of the few artists today to make records incorporating live instrumentation and does so with convincing passion. His moniker, taken from his birth name Felix Thompson with the addition of an “x,” refers to his “Clark Kent” ability to effortlessly transition from one genre to another while remaining GQ smooth.
Felixx’s self-titled debut EP features the lead single he co-wrote, “Applause.” The instrument-laden track, along with its soulful, brilliant harmonies and thick melodies, was inspired by a relationship. Other standout records include the Hip-Hop flavored “Life of the Party,” while “Give It To Me” is a slick, funky and sexy throwback-flavored offering that flirts on the border of Pop and Rock. Showing musical diversity and seamlessly tying together R&B, Soul, Hip-Hop, Pop and Rock, Felixx is contemporary art set to music.

How starting a business from the ground floor and making it a success
This is about love on the job. Romance in the workplace.
Have you ever done it? Know someone who has? Can it work?
We know that it happens often enough with some relationships going as far as to result in marriages but what about the majority of them?
What happens when people who are seriously involved or married mess around with people on the job?
Do workplace romances create divisions at work?
Is it ethical?
How does Human Resources treat workplace romances?
Can you be terminated for finding love at work?
What happens when workplace romances go sour? Is it easy to work at a job when that becomes the case?
What about sex on the job? Is that a violation? If so, does it automatically mean that you'll be fired?
What about private business and workplace romances? If a business owner becomes involved with a client is the business relationship doomed for failure? Is there any way that that can work?
Is it ever a good idea to mix business and pleasure even if there is any direct physical involvement or is it better to always keep it all about the money and leave your loins out of it?
Legitimate pleasure: Anything that refreshes you without distracting you from your final goal.
Illicit Pleasure: Any pleasure which violates the sacred right of another. –Ravi Zacharias “The Problem of Pleasure”
Sin: According to Susanna Wesley (John Wesley’s mother) “If anything weakens your reasoning, impairs the tenderness of your conscience, obscures your sense of God, or takes away your relish of spiritual things; in short, if anything increases the authority and the power of the flesh over the spirit, that to you becomes sin, however good it is in itself."
1 John 2:16 (KJV) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Ecclesiastes 2: 8-11, 22-23 (KJV)
8 I gathered me also silver and gold, and the peculiar treasure of kings and of the provinces: I gat me men singers and women singers, and the delights of the sons of men, as musical instruments, and that of all sorts.
9 So I was great, and increased more than all that were before me in Jerusalem: also my wisdom remained with me.
10 And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour: and this was my portion of all my labour.
11 Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun.
22 For what hath man of all his labour, and of the vexation of his heart, wherein he hath laboured under the sun?
23 For all his days are sorrows, and his travail grief; yea, his heart taketh not rest in the night. This is also vanity.
