Trenton B. Loyd ~ Playwright, Actor, Producer, Entrepreneur

    in Radio

Trenton Loyd is called to be an agent of change by effectively ministering the word of God in various forms. He is a playwright, actor, producer, entrepreneur, and above all a preacher of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.  In 2007 he answered the call to ministry and was ordained as a Youth Pastor. For the past eight years his ministry has flourished, providing him the opportunity to effect the lives of many.  In 2011 he founded No Reputation Ministries, a group of young adults focused on being a voice for the voiceless through stage plays and outreach efforts. While serving in the office of a Pastor, God gifted him with a special gift to personify his sermons in a creative expression by using the arts. He then began to hold community events displaying skits, and illustrated sermons which appealed to a broad audience.  Eventually this innovative form of ministry demanded a weekly annual event, at which time Trenton Loyd opened a studio and founded The Gathering in Arlington, TX.  Weekly hundreds of young adults pile into a studio to hear and see the demonstrated word of truth. In 2013 he enrolled in The Potter’s House School of Ministry. After two years of theological studies and practical application for ministry he received a ministerial license. As a creator Trenton has written five sold out plays, one of them catching the attention of Cora Jakes Coleman. Afterwards Trenton was invited by Cora Jakes Coleman to write a Christmas play which was performed at The Potters House of Dallas; under the leadership of the world renowned Bishop T.D. Jakes.  After a stellar performance he was given the opportunity to create a production to be presented at Mega Fest, for MegaKids.

Nanette Marie, Playwright, Narrator, Director, and More

    in Writing

Nanette Marie, the 7th of 9 children, playwright, narrator, director, and author among other titles, is passionate about the works the Creator allows to flow through her.

“Words have always intrigued me. While growing up, I enjoyed playing Scrabble for hours. It nourished my love for words, and I especially cherished playing with my mother. Scrabble also helped build my vocabulary, which ultimately prepared me to become a playwright and writer. I still very much enjoy playing this game.” ~ Nanette Marie

Mamas' Drama is inspired by her story, and has been a means for healing from the "mama's baby, daddy's maybe" condition for her and others. Taking artistic license, Mamas’ Drama is classified as a traditional play and historic fiction book. It focuses on the females’ choices relative to secrets and lies about the biological father(s) of their child(ren) for 4 generations.

With Mamas’ Drama debuting in 2011, both Mamas' Drama and Suzette’s Saga, have been juried and performed nationally at theatre festivals since 2012. She’s grateful that her book version of Mamas' Drama is another instrument for healing. Also a poet, she wrote and recorded a lullaby for a children's book prior to becoming a playwright and author. Directing, producing, and coaching are other aspects of theatre in which she is involved.
