Placing blame on God, others and ourselves for all sorts of things is something Human Beings do a lot of; perhaps we would be able to overcome challenges more completely and quicker if we did not waste our time in such a way. Today’s show delves into the Blame Game; we will provide you with opportunity to release blame and to find peace within, acceptance and allowance. Join Myself and Carolyn Gervais for answers to your questions and solutions to difficult situations.

Philadelphia Eagles' wide receiver, Riley Cooper, and Joe Rickey Hundley, an elderly Idaho man accused of slapping a crying toddler on a plane, both made headlines for spewing racial epithets. Both of these men used intoxication as defense for their behavior and actions.
Can we accept this defense, and blame it on the alcohol? Or did the alcohol simply open the floodgates to what is already inside of these men?

You assume that people who do “xyz”, should only talk about and do “xyz”. You later discover that there are normal people just like you who sin, make mistakes, and do bad ish. Do you get disappointed? Then you a guilty of putting people on a pedestal. Just because some folks are nice and sweet, it doesn’t mean that they don’t have an agenda. Just because someone goes to church, doesn’t mean that they haven’t ever sinned or aren’t currently doing something wrong. People are human, just like you. Join us today on Interspiritual Insights as we examine why it is we westerners seem to love to play the blame game. It's one thing to determine responsibility when something goes wrong. It's quite another to rush to judgment before the facts are in and to seem to value crucifying someone who made a mistake more than treating those injured by that mistake. If the recent Asiana Airlines crash in San Franciso is any indication, we are in great need of a perspective change in the face of tragey!
One thing that will drag your organization down is when your team members engage in the blame game. How you handle it as a leader is important. The blame game is easy to play and in the end serves no meaningful purpose. But if you want to grow as a leader and move your organization forward and create a culture of excellence then it’s going to require a different mindset in order to pull it off.
In this broadcast Doug will share the 5 Rules of the Blame Game that can help you navigate your way forward. These rules are designed for you as a leader to step up your leadership and for your team to learn why the blame game is so counterproductive. The 5 Rules of the Blame Game will help you chart a new path forward. What would you add to the list?

Ever take the blame for something that really wasn't yours to own? Since the first man pointed to the first woman in the Garden of Eden, people have been playing "the Blame Game!" Whether you are the target of blame or the one doing the blaming, you need to know a few things about how the game is played! Perhaps you find yourself blaming yourself for the times those around you do not live up to expectations. May you have been unjustly blamed for someone else's behavior and don't know how to simply "deal with it." Or, have you ever blamed God for anything? If we are going to blame we need to know who to blame. We need to know where blaming and taking responsibility begins and ends. Who ultimately is responsible for the mess this world is in? And what's your stake in the blame game?

Ask yourself: do I spend my energy wisely? Do I place high value on myself? Do I make value statements thru my choices, words and actions?
Until you value yourself, you won't value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.
I believe that the difference between high value and high maintenance is very clear. Listen in today as Andre Ogburn talks about these differences.

TOPIC: ARE WOMEN TO BLAME FOR CONTRIBUTING IN THE CAPITALIZATION OF FEMALES IN MALE DOMINATING INDUSTRIES?
It's no secret that for years and even centuries it has been "women" who support most companies the most from clothing stores, shoe retailers, and so on. The Adult Industry is a trillion dollar industry that greatly capitalizes on women, but it's a male dominating industry.
