    Jennifer Ruggiero earned her BFA in Dance Performance from the prestigious Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College. A dance injury in college introduced her to Pilates as a means of body conditioning. Today she is the owner of The Pilates Movement, a Pilates Studio on the Upper East Side of New York City that offers private and small group Pilates classes. Jennifer is the creator of a specialty class that she named Pilates for the Mature Body, a class designed for those who are new to exercise in their later years. Most recently, Jennifer has continued her education at Ishta Yoga in their 200 Hour Teacher Training Program. Her passion is to help people restore and maintain their vitality through utilizing both Pilates and Yoga as tools to maintain an active life.

    Joe Tatta is a physical therapist and nutrition expert. He is co-founder of Premier Physical Therapy & Wellness, one of the largest outpatient physical therapy providers in the New York Tri-State area, with multiple locations throughout Manhattan, Westchester and Connecticut. A licensed Physical Therapist and board certified in orthopedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and a certified hand therapists from the American Society of Hand Therapists. His also certified in Nutrition for Fitness from the International Sports Sciences Association and trained extensively at the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board.     Denise Marie Beachman is a fomer business career school instructor. She prepared underpriviledged men and women  and welfare mothers for the job market. She 's also taught in various shelters  throughout NYC. Denise is a former New York model and model instructor. She is also a graduate and former instructor at the famed Ophelia DeVore School of Modeling and Charm. Denise also took interior styling and marketiing classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology and later became co-owner of Nia Home Essentials ,an interior styling company. Denise is now an ASFA certified Pilates Instructor and owner of Deeva Pilates & Wellness , which specializes individual and group body 'treatment' programs designed to calm the mind while strengthening and healing the body from the inside out.


    Since starting her business with Denise has been a speaker on the AAE  Blog Talk Radio show with Coach Lilisa Williams. Deeva Pilates & Wellness is also a part of the Wellness Team with Coach Carmen of Sharing The Bliss.
