Clinical Psychologist and Author Dr. E.Douglass Brown will be speaking on this re-broadcast show today. He states that, "Visualization is the ability to see one self in a situation yet to unfold. It is not an external process but an internal spiritual endeavor." When you visualize you materialize.
What are the physics of consciousness?
What does it mean to be present and aware?
Does your life's purpose lie in consciousness?
What do you know about that?

Meet Uli Beutter Cohen and Mariah Raelle Rich who will talk to us about their higher aspirations.
A word from Mrs. Uli
"I am a communication specialist who focuses on personal development and self-reflective communication: what you say, how you listen and what you bring across through non-verbal behavior. This plays a significant role in manifesting the life you dream of. We'll have fun with aha-moment exercises that let you take a new look at opportunities and future goals through the lens of communication."
And a word from Mrs Rich
As a brand designer and strategist, I believe visualizing and defining how you want to show up is critical to have the ability to reach your goals. Creating clear values that inform your goal setting and vision is invaluable whether you’re building a brand or are defining your personal journey. We will explore and discover what is true to you and how that translates into your north star: your guiding principle that you can embrace and own.
Together, Uli and Mariah will share about the workshops they run together.

Coach Cafe' is thrilled to welcome, spiritual theologian Matthew Fox,co-author of The Physics of Angels:Exploring The Realm Where Science and Spirit Meet.
Many people believe in angels; few can define these enigmatic spirits. In The Physics of Angels:Exploring the Realm Where Science and Spirit Meet, visionary theologian Matthew Fox and acclaimed biologist Rupert Sheldrake — pioneers in modern religious thinking and scientific theory — delve deeper into the significance that angels have for us now.
We are entering a new phase of both science and theology, and the subject of angels becomes surprisingly relevant. Both the new cosmology and the old angelology raise significant questions about the existence and role of consciousness at levels beyond the human. When Fox and Sheldrake first held discussions on the topic of angels, they became fascinated by the parallels between Thomas Aquinas speaking of angels in the Middle Ages and Albert Einstein speaking of photons in this century.
Calling upon the time-honored works of Dionysius the Areopagite, Hildegard of Bingen, and St. Thomas Aquinas, Fox and Sheldrake translate into modern language the thinking of these great prophets, helping us move into the future with an ecumenical and interfaith understanding that consciousness extends well beyond human. In The Physics of Angels, “Angels are far greater and more powerful beings than we know, and our belief in them can revolutionize our lives and the future.

Leadership is a privilege and a responsibility that demands a good deal from those who practice it, whether formally or informally. High on that list of demands is the need to be ethical, both in personal life and in leadership. Because leaders are role models whether they choose to be or not, they set the tone for the ethical stance of their individual followers, of the organization or group they lead, and, to some extent, of the larger community.
Ethical behavior, in its simplest terms, is knowing and doing what is right.

Language of Trust
Radio Talk, November 29, 2014 @ 8pm CST
"To be persuasive we must be believable.
To be believable we must be credible.
To be credible we must be Truthful." ~ Edward R. Murrow
At this time of economic upheaval and political transition, TRUST is an issue that's front and center more than ever.
Fragile TRUST is a hidden variable – lurking beneath the surface as it slows down processes and drives up costs.
Why does this occur? A primary reason is that most people still regard trust as just a nice to have social virtue and don't yet understand trust as an issue they can do something about explicitly, deliberately, and quantitatively.
Disengaged employees are enormously expensive. Engagement flows out of TRUST, and TRUST flows out of engagement. They are mutually reinforcing.
Engaging people's heads, hearts, and hopes is all about relationships of mutual purpose, mutual respect, and mutual TRUST.

How Leaders Can Transform for Change
Radio Talk, December 06, 2014 @ 8pm CST
When we fall short of making permanent lifestyle modifications, we take comfort in the belief that, if we really wanted to change, we could alter our behaviors.
Contrary to what we have been historically taught, I believe we have the power to control our experience of life, we don’t have to prove we are worthy to have the right to life, and we are not naturally immoral.
When asked what keeps them up at night, CEOs involved in transformation often say they are concerned about how the work force will react, how they can get their team to work together, and how they will be able to lead their people.
Leadership teams that fail to plan for the human side of change often find themselves wondering why and where their best-laid out plans have gone fruitless.

Servant Leadership - Round Table Discussion
December 20, 2014 – Radio Show @ 8pm CST
"The King (leader) shall consider as good, not what pleases himself but what pleases his subjects (followers)." ~ Chanakya aka Kautilya, in his book – Arthashastra from 4th century BCE
"You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you, instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of God did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many." ~ Mark 10: 42-45
WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF THE SERVANT LEADER?
HOW DO YOU BECOME A SERVANT LEADER?
HOW DOES A SERVANT LEADER FIND INSPIRATION?
An excellent example of a servant leader is Ernest Shackleton, the early 20th century explorer who, after his ship became frozen in the Antarctic life, brought every one of his 27 crew home alive, including an 800 mile journey in open boats across the winter Antarctic seas. It took two years, but Shackleton's sense of responsibility towards his men never wavered.
Harold, an eclectic and voracious reader, began his venture in the world of the written word as a child of 2 years. Scraps of paper, candy wrappers, dictionary's right through the entire encyclopedia Britannica. Yet Harold was driven to books of the sciences. Physics, Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, he met them all with great wonder and fascination. He delved into each discipline as if his very life depended upon understanding its depth.
It was not until the words of The Hon. Elijah Muhammad that the essence and understanding of the sciences began to have true purpose and meaning. He said, "all there is to know is written in a book, read".
Harold began his collegiate pursuit at Hampton Institute; he then forayed to Fairleigh Dickenson University. At FDU the practice of the Social Sciences, public activism, and public speaking became a trusted part of mental fabric.
Harold is the husband to Celestine Muhammad, and the father of 10 extraordinary children, and 8 grandchildren. Harold has the benefit of having the most exceptional and wondrous teachers to whom he owes all that he has learned, will learn and knows to this very day, The Most Hon. Elijah Muhammad, the Hon. Min. Louis Farrakhan, his Father Alfred Eatman, and his Grandfather the Late Captain, Harold D. Hook.
