Today's Lunch With Phil show will review Driving Loyalty's automated data base marketing platform and their value added proposition for auto dealers that acknowledges their past and present customers in sales and service.
Philip Zelinger, the President of Ad Agency Online, LLC, and a former auto dealer, discovered Bull Dog Marketing several years ago when he was interviewing preferred vendors for his auto dealer clients. Their evolution into a more technology driven platform with proprietary algorithms that analyze an auto dealer's DMS and delivers personlaized equity and service alerts to qualified customers warranted their name change to Driving Loyalty.
Thier solution improves customer retention and loyalty by providing relevant transparent information to customers before, dutring and after their vehicle purchase. They rely on emails, direct mail, personalized websites, (PURL's), and an outsourced outbound call center to deliver their messages in a consistent and timely manner. Most recently they added social media to the mix with their Social Marketing Inititaive.
Other vendor partners have joined Driving Loyalty in a B2B extension of their social marketing intiative including CallRevu, IntellaCar, DealerAppvantage and OfferLogix. Phil will also discuss their shared content curation service Social Marketing Solutions
Today's encore Lunch With Phil show, hosted by Philip Zelinger the President of Ad Agency Online, LLC, will explain why Social Media places a higher priority on People and Process than Product and Price.
Phil is uniquely qualified to discuss the role that Social Media has in today's auto industry. His 25 plus years of experience as a GM/Dealer Principle in the auto industry, followed by 13 years investing in several technology driven solutions that serve it, provide him enough real world experience to support his visions for the auto industry that consider the increased role of today's internet educated consumer in sales and service processes at the dealership.
Phil will use Driving Loyalty's Social Media Initiative as an example of how technology driven sales and marketing platforms can leverage the power of relationship based selling systems. He will also review best practices being applied by Driving Loyalty to leverage their relationships with networking vendor partners like CallRevu, IntellaCar, DealerAppVantage and OfferLogix to use
Today's Lunch With Phil show will introduce Fran Taylor, host of The 30 Sales a Month Workshop, during a discussion with Phil about Fran's upcoming two day event in Las Vegas on July 9th and 10th, 2014 at the Golden Nugget Hotel.
About Fran Taylor:
Fran started selling cars in his mid 20's, and he was salesman of the month from Day 1. It took him 2 years to get to deliver 50 plus a month. Fran had the pleasure to work with some of the biggest dealers in the USA and Toyota Motor Sales of Canada. His Training helped rookies deliver over 40 units a month their first year in the business.
About The 30 Sales a Month Workshop:
The speakers at the event work with dealers or work for dealers everyday. The 30 Sales a Month Workshops are designed to give fresh, modern, easy to understand-take home and use- techniques from speakers that you need to hear from.
The name says it all. If you want to sell , or want your staff to sell, 30 or more cars a month, and learn the best new techniques, you will want to register for the 30 Sales a Month Workshop and listen to people that are doing it. There are many things that set this workshop apart from others, but one of the main things is that the 30 Sales a Month Workshop delivers “hands on” training. There are group discussions where participants get to talk back and forth with the speakers, network and make new friends in the industry.

On today's Lunch With Phil Show, hosted by Philip Zelinger the President of Ad Agency Online, LLC, Phil will share his visions on the future of Social Media and the difference between "Social" and "Marketing."
Many forward thinking vendors, such as Driving Loyalty, have recognized the need to extend their marketing platforms to include Social Media. According to Phil, "The trick to using Social Media to sell vehicles and service is to not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Relationship based selling starts with relationships and protecting the personal part of that puzzle must be job one in any marketing message."
Driving Loyalty's recently announced Social Marketing Initiative leverages relationships with other likeminded vendors - such as CallRevu, IntellaCar, DealerAppVantage and OfferLogix - to share relationships and resources and their efforts will be discussed as an example of how to use Social Media the right way.
