Ryan Garland, Paradyme Lending on The Real Estate Investor Hour with Pete Asmus

As host of The REI Hour, Pete has interviewed politicians, community leaders, Miss California, celebrities and real estate investors who should be celebrities (they are in their eyes!) just to name a few.  Because of Pete's personality and desire to make it entertaining his natural inclination is to position you as a rock star.  He realized early on the better his guests feel the better they would do, so he started focusing on really what made them. Pete understood there are a ton of people doing what ever profession his guest was doing, but everyone has something that makes them Different.

"Our goal was to create a show that was real, meaning the opportunities were real, the investors were real and the strategies were real. Everyone we bring on we interview prior and make sure they are a good fit." -Pete Asmus

When you're on the Real Estate Hour with Pete Asmus, he pumps you up so much you get off the radio in a full sprint.  It's like drinking 15 cups of of the strongest espresso you can find and adding purpose into it.

Listen to The REAL ESTATE Investing Hour with Pete Asmus every Wednesday from 10-11am Pacific

Pete Evick- The Moments that Make Us

    in Self Help

The world we live in is fast paced, cutthroat, and incredibly confusing. We are often forced to make choices we truly aren’t sure about, or weren’t ready to make. We spend our time saying “What if?” or “I shouldn’t have.” We often look out instead of in as we try to find the root of what makes us tick, placing blame on everyone and everything other than ourselves along the way.

  • Encouragement Group--A Flower Has to Open in order to Bloom

    in Podcasting

In the latest edition of the Encouragement Group host David Gerber discusses how just as flowers open and bloom in nature, one must also open up in recovery in order to become the beautiful person they are meant to be. Many people are willing to go to treatment, but we bloom in recovery when we open ourselves up to trusting and being vulnerable. Michael Boccia chimes in with the analogy of the Nozzleman in a firefighting crew, and how it's the support and encouragement of others that allows him to move forward into the fire. Listen in as miracles will be shared.

    Meet Jon Cuzion, Renaissance Man!

    in Health

Looking for a practitioner who can put it all together? Meet the newest addition to our referral list of Methyaltion Practitioners, Jon Cuzion!

On Monday, August 24th, 2015 at 8 pm Eastern, Dr Jess Armine will interview Jon Cuzion. I call Jon a "Renaissance Man" due to his many areas of expertise. He was once a medical doctor but found that limiting. Now he has trained in numerous areas of healing.

Jon writes in hius website (sacredsurfhealing.com):

"Your symptoms are not you, and they're not your fault...You're a multidimensional being with infinite inputs.  Some of those inputs are beneficial, like clean water, soil, foods air, nature, laughter and loving relationships.  And some of them are, uh, less than good, say for example, pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, poorly prescribed medications, mean, lazy and wicked people, bacterial infested tick's, waterborne pathogens, pathogenic viruses, GMO foods, mold, fungi, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, blah, blah, blah, ad nauseum.  You get it?

"After all, I can do the forensics, do the pathology, figure out the cause,-effect, symptoms, evaluate your genetic predispositions, identify pathogens, determine your neurotransmitter levels, your corticosteroids, your nutrient uptake, toxic load and reset your detoxification system, but if you have some form of hidden destruct saboteur or saboteuse within, that wants to keep doing the same old things that got you into the hole.  If I'm going to commit to this, then I have to trust you to commit to your own wellness.  This is what I do because I love it, and I only want to work with you if are exceedingly compassionate, non-judgmental, trusting, loving, passionate and caring to you, just as I will be."

Jon is funny, compassionate, crazy smart and we are honored to have him on the team! Join us and meet him!
