At a physical level color stimulates and suppresses our organs, hormones and nervous system. This can impact on health and state of mind. As color enters the body as a vibration it passes through the Aura body first. Color can be used in times of challenge to restore balance. People’s attractions and repulsions to particular colors can say a lot about who they are, what is happening in their life and how to use color to assist in achieving good outcomes. Gaining the benefits of color therapy can be done through meditation, affirmations, décor, clothing, foods, solarised water and light therapy. Cilinda Atkins lives in the seaside city of Hervey Bay, Queensland Australia. Having worked in a variety of jobs over the years she finally found her way back to art and color, the 2 things that inspired her greatly as a child. After a rough childhood, at the age of 21 something change and Cilinda started to awaken to the universal awareness. This was also the age when she realized that her intuition was guided by the higher realms. This awareness came about when guiding others with their problems.
