Many taxpayers are unaware of the facts when it comes to paying their taxes. How much do you have to earn to be required to file a tax return. If you're not sure, then listen carefully to what we are reporting today. When it comes to the IRS, knowing your rights is crucial.
You can't change the tax system, but you can find ways to lower your taxes. It's pretty simple: Don't get a tax refund, to start.
Most people think getting a tax refund is like winning lotto. It's not we'll tell you why and what you could be doing with your money, rather than giving it to the government.

Last week’s Fair Tax Time Radio show was plagued by technical problems and, although some of those problems still exist, our crack team has found ways around them. So, once again we will feature the Great State of Texas and our special guest, author John Gaver.
John is an expert researcher and has used the information he retrieves from the most trusted sources to identify the causes, effects and solutions to many problems the USA is experiencing, chronicling them in his book "The Rich Don't Pay Tax ... Or Do They." An example is the expatriation of wealthy individuals, corporations, jobs and, of course, money. Learn about this phenomenon this Wednesday evening at 6PM Pacific time, 9PM Eastern.
Fair Tax Time is brought to you courtesy of its founder, John Wesley Nobles. You may listen on your computer or on your phone. Dan Borowiwicz is an instructor, 2nd Congressional District Director, Minnesota Fairtax. Dan knows HR25 and matters about taxation like few do and believes that HR 25, THE Fair Tax is a non partisan bill that really has everything in it that Democrats and other Americans of various persuasions want. He further believes, as many Fair Taxers do that without Democratic support HR 25 cannot be passed. Dan is a coalition builder. His arguments in favor of HR 25 regardless of your political persuasion are very compelling. If you have wondered what you can do to help move the bill forward you must participate in this discussion.

SHOW NOTES: This episode is part of our FINANCIAL FIERCENESS!™ series! This series integrates our financial goals into our development plan for surpassing our goals. We deal with the specific issues we need to explore in order to achieve (and surpass) our financial goals. In this episode we are examining the issue of “Why I LOVE Paying Taxes! Seriously."
Sharing. It is not something that comes easily to all of us humans!
Definition of SHARE:
": to let someone else have or use a part of (something that belongs to you)"
Share. (n.d.). Retrieved July 13, 2014, from http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/share
Depending on where we live on the planet, what we believe (in terms of ethics, politics, religion, etc.) and what are resources we have, we approach the concept of sharing differently. Specifically, we perceive voluntary sharing (a.k.a. charity) and mandatory sharing (a.k.a. taxation) differently.
In the USA, federal income taxes are dependent on resources (how much and what type of classification). Thus, several decades ago when I earned minimum wage at my employment (and had no other assets or income), I did not pay any federal income taxes (due to earning so little income). I now pay federal income taxes and LOVE it! Very simply, I love having more resources and one of the consequences of having more resources is that I share more of them (voluntary and mandatory). I am grateful to have the opportunity to have the resources and choices that I currently have!
