Welcome Lyn Marcoux...
Renew your mind, body and spirit through the breath.
Just Breathe is a retreat for your soul…a beautiful invitation to pause on purpose and connect to your mind, body and spirit. In the space of stillness and guided meditation we honor our self-care needs and set heart centered intentions for the week. This show features a beautiful centering experience offered to gently create awareness and connection to the abundant grace present in our lives. Meditation is the practice of becoming still, detached from the chatter of our mind. A quiet mind releases dormant energy, increases vitality, strength and clarity…inviting us to be light, creative, joyful and at peace.
Life is messy. It’s how we show up in the mess that matters. The gift of compassionate presence to self allows us to breathe in gratitude and exhale grace, cultivating resiliency and the capacity to be with whatever shows up in the moment. Our weekly practice is a beautiful divine interruption…connecting to our intentions and spirit for guidance, light and love. This is simply grace...
Honor your self care needs... Join Nancy Feth and Voices of Grace leader Lyn Marcoux to be experience the restorative power of the breath. Bbe still for a moment to pause on purpose.
Cherish saying yes to things that matter most...

The Focus of Today's Forum: How to use the pause button to change everything! There is a powerful in-between space; a quantum moment or tiny vortex in time that exists in every block of moments in reality! It is said that in this inner-space moment lays the absolute power for choice and change! We will seek to answer/ponder the following questions in the first half of the show and then SisterFriend Marie will lead us in a Guided Visualization/Meditation.
The Questions and Thoughts That We Seek To Ponder, Discuss and Answer In This Forum:
What is that moment called; that quantum or Nano measurement of time, which exists between one thought and the next, one event and the next, or between one decision and the next?
What is so powerful about an inner-space moment, and how do I recognize it and utilize its powerful energetic potential for my good and the good of all?
When we learn how to master that split second moment by using the spiritual cognitive tool called "The Pause Button" will our lives become measurably more beautiful?
