Patricia Brooks (website) has had some unusual encounters with different animals. Some were scary, some were awe-inspiring, almost all of them were startling, and none of them were invited. At first, she thought these encounters were strange but ultimately random. As the number of animals Patricia came across increased, she was forced to reassess the phenomenon. These could not be chance occurrences. Patricia was not running into them; these animals were visiting her instead. Upon reflection and self-discovery, Patricia realized that the animals had been sent by God and were laden with His lessons and meanings. Through the animals and His messages, God has guided Patricia through a personal, spiritual, and emotional journey she could not have endured alone.

Patricia Parott is a certified facilitator of “The Work” of Byron Katie. The Work is a way of identifying and questioning the thoughts that cause all the anger, fear, depression, addiction, and violence in the world. It is a process of self-inquiry that allows us to undo the thoughts that frighten or anger us. It’s a way out of the painful effect of believing what we think and a way into the peace that already exists within the heart. It’s a way to accept what is unfolding and be happy now. We get to be happy without changing the situation.
Patricia has been doing The Work for herself and with others for 13 years. She professes that The Work has been her ticket to freedom since starting her training. Now, she greets worries with a smile because she knows what to do: inquire as to what is really true. The four questions of The Work help to distinguish fiction from non-fiction and peace from stress. For more information visit Patricia’s website at www.no-mistakes.com

Born in Montreal, Quebec, PATRICIA CONROY was raised in a strong musical environment, influenced by the French culture, her mother’s Maritime country background and her father’s Irish roots. She credits her early years of performing with her family band, singing in church, and the always visiting musical guests in her home, as being her real musical training. “There was always a fiddle, accordion or guitar being played, and I absolutely treasure those years.” Fast forward: Patricia went on to win CCMA awards and release hits (and videos) like Bad Day For Trains, Mary On The Dashboard, Keep Me Rockin' & My Baby Loves Me. She's had success as a songwriter writing for/with other artists including Here In My Heart (a single recorded by Jimmy Rankin which she co-wrote with him), The Day I Fall (recorded by One More Girl - Patricia co-wrote it with Steve Fox & Lisa Brokop) among many other songs - including ones written with and for fellow Country artist Michelle Wright. Recently, Patricia joined Michelle, Carolyn Dawn Johnson & Beverley Mahood for an acoustic concert/songwriters' round in Exeter, Ontario. Patricia St. John started her career in teaching, and after nine years left to raise her son with disabilities. Through her own challenges with limited vision Patricia further developed her other senses and was ultimately drawn to gain a greater understanding of, and to study finer aspects of nonverbal communication links and skills. This lead to Patricia’s extraordinary work with dolphins in allowing them to educate her. Her ground breaking research with dolphins pioneered the way of understanding often silent forms of communication in a whole new way. Using what she had discovered and developed from her years of behavioral interacting with different species of dolphins, Patricia was able to break through to children with autism, helping to bridge the gap of communication between these children and their caregivers. Based on Patricia’s astonishing work with dolphins and children with autism, she wrote her award winning book, “The Secret Language of Dolphins.” The book won the prestigious Delta Kappa Gamma Society International Educator’s Award. St. John is also a long time Fellow of the famed Explorers Club in recognition of her pioneering discoveries and her work in uncharted areas of nonverbal communication, as well as her many published professional papers on the subject. Patricia's newest book: “Once An Enchanted Island”, while fiction weaves within it many truths that we all can relate to. She also runs and operates two businesses, Enchanted Environments, and Patricia St. John Fine Antiques.
