With all the social media sites that our youth are on these days there are MANY ways that youth can now become aggressive toward each other. With Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Glide, SnapChat and so much more as parents we have to monitor ALL of these things, learn how to use them and learn how our children are using them!
Electronic aggression or cyber-bullying has become much more prevelant these days. Youth make fake accounts and say horrible things to people they know and people they don't know. They find that hiding behind a computer screen means they have less consiquences and that no one may find out who they are.
We will talk about what to do if you see cyber-bullying, signs to look for in your children and what to do if you think your child is cyber-bullying others.

As the weather slowly decides to start warming up, then dropping snow on us and warming up again it's time to start thinking about what your kids will be doing this summer. Whether it is going to a summer camp, getting a summer job, or finding programs for them to join throughout the community our youth need something to occupy their time during the summer so they won't be led into unsavory activities.
We will be talking with special guest Vegas Huff who is a choreographer for the Boys and Girls youth dance group! He will talk a little bit about what the Boys and Girls Club has to offer for the summer and also talk about his upcoming event: MN Youth's Got Talent which will be held on May 31st, 2014 at the Southside Boys and Girls Club at 701 E. 39th St. Minneapolis, MN 55407

YOU HAVE THIS TREASURE HIDDEN INSIDE EARTHERN VESSELS!
AS YOUR ENERGY GOES.....so does your money!
As the owner of three online businesses and two brick n mortar business, here in San Antonio. I understand the value of energy or money.
Money is basically focused energy. Poverty is scattered energy. When you under, over and inner stand poverty at its root, at its core, you see the absence of concentrated energy. When you look at money at it's core, you see the presence of concentrated energy.
When we talk about poverty, we are talking about the absence of something needed. By definition, poverty is not a noun. A noun is a person, place or thing. Poverty, in it’s essence, is not a thing. Poverty is the absence of a thing. Poverty is like darkness. Darkness is the absence of light. Poverty is like a pothole. A pothole is not a thing. A pothole is the absence of a thing. A pothole is the absence of dirt. Darkness is the absence of light. Poverty is the absence of focused energy.

Modern photojournalism as we know it today, has its roots in Antebellum America during the mid-1800s. Evolved in the crucible of the American Civil War, photojournalism at its best is able to do something that audio, motion pictures and video cannot: capturing moments in time and create an iconic memory for the ages. Nowhere was this more true, then during the heyday of film-based image capture in World War II. Courageous and daring combat photojournalists like Robert Capa, Joe Rosenthal
